The posting

This role supports enterprise ERP platforms with a primary focus on Oracle Fusion Cloud and data migration, while ensuring the stability and continuity of Oracle E‑Business Suite (EBS) during the transformation journey.

Overview:

As a Data Migration Specialist, you will be responsible for driving end-to-end data migration from Oracle EBS and other legacy systems to Oracle Fusion Cloud, ensuring data accuracy, quality, and governance. It plays a critical role in enabling a secure, compliant, and well-governed transition to Oracle Fusion as the strategic system of record, working closely with business stakeholders, IT teams, and implementation partners.

Responsibilities:

Data Migration

  • Lead end-to-end data migration from Oracle EBS / legacy systems to Oracle Fusion Cloud.
  • Define high-level migration strategy, scope, and object approach (Master, Open, Historical) in collaboration with Oracle Consulting.
  • Perform data extraction (SQL/PLSQL, APIs), validation, and reconciliation.
  • Establish master data and data quality standards.
  • Support data cleansing, standardization, and deduplication.
  • Coordinate data loads using FBDI, HDL, ADFDI, and APIs with Oracle Consulting.
  • Drive mock runs, trial conversions, and support performance tuning.
  • Support SIT/UAT cycles by analyzing and resolving data issues.
  • Coordinate across business, functional, and technical teams.
  • Support cutover activities (final extract, delta loads, sequencing, downtime).
  • Monitor migration progress and manage issue resolution with Oracle Consulting.
  • Ensure compliance (SOX controls, audit trails, data traceability, documentation).
  • Support go-live and hyper care (data validation, issue resolution, stabilization).

Oracle Fusion ERP

  • Support and administer Oracle Fusion Cloud ERP, including integrations, data migration, and post‑go‑live optimization.
  • Execute Fusion data migration using FBDI, ADFdi, APIs, and OIC, ensuring data quality and reconciliation.
  • Manage Fusion SaaS operations, security, and release readiness in alignment with cloud operating models.

Collaboration & Governance

  • Work with functional, integration, and infrastructure teams.
  • Maintain technical documentation and operational runbooks.
  • Support post-go-live stabilization and EBS decommissioning.
  • Performs other duties as assigned.

Qualifications:

  • 8 years of more experience as Data Migration specialist
  • Experience supporting or implementing Oracle Fusion Cloud ERP, with focus on cloud based operations, integrations, and data management.
  • Experience with FBDI, ADFdi, REST APIs, Oracle Integration Cloud (OIC).
  • Strong Oracle Database experience (11g / 12c / 19c), SQL Server.
  • Experience with ADPATCH, RMAN, Data Pump.
  • Experience in supporting data migration of Oracle EBS/Legacy Systems to Oracle Fusion
  • Strong SQL / PL-SQL and Linux/Unix scripting skills.
  • Understanding of Fusion Cloud operating models, including SaaS controls, security, release management, and continuous updates.
  • Exposure to AI-enabled tools or automation to support operational efficiency and system optimization.
  • Ability to support and optimize post-go-live Fusion environments, including data quality, reconciliation, and reporting readiness.
  • Experience in SOX or audit-controlled environments.
  • Strong problem solving, analytical, and communication skills.
  • Ability to work effectively across technical and business teams in transformation driven environments.
  • Demonstrated leadership through ownership, accountability, and influence.
  • Strong collaboration and teamwork across cross functional and global teams.
  • Innovative, continuous improvement mindset with focus on automation, optimization, and modernization.
  • Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or related field.
