Auf Dich haben wir gewartet! Wir suchen Dich als Junior Buyer (m/w/d) für unsere Verwaltung in Köln.

Mit KULT sowie OLYMP & HADES stehen wir für angesagte Styles, spannende Newcomer und etablierte Labels. Als Teil unseres Einkaufsteams bist Du mittendrin: Du beobachtest Trends, analysierst Zahlen und gestaltest gemeinsam mit Deinem Team die Sortimente, die später in unseren Stores zu finden sind.

DAS ERWARTET DICH

  • Du unterstützt bei der Planung und Zusammenstellung unserer Sortimente und übernimmst Schritt für Schritt Verantwortung für Deine eigenen Marken und Produktbereiche.
  • Du bereitest Ordertermine vor, begleitest diese und sorgst für eine strukturierte Nachbereitung.
  • Du beobachtest aktuelle Fashion-, Markt- und Wettbewerbertrends und bringst neue Ideen aktiv in die Sortimentsgestaltung ein.
  • Du analysierst Abverkaufszahlen und relevante KPIs und leitest gemeinsam mit dem Team passende Maßnahmen für Nachorder, Warensteuerung und Abverkauf ab.
  • Du unterstützt bei der Warenverteilung und Bestückung unserer Stores und behältst Warenbestände und Verfügbarkeiten im Blick.
  • Du stehst im direkten Austausch mit unseren Marken und Lieferanten und unterstützt bei Preis- und Konditionsgesprächen.
  • Du arbeitest eng mit angrenzenden Bereichen wie Merchandising, Design, Vertrieb und Logistik zusammen.
  • Du bringst Dich aktiv ein und entwickelst unsere Sortimente und Einkaufsprozesse gemeinsam mit uns weiter.

DAS BRINGST DU MIT

  • Du hast eine abgeschlossene kaufmännische Ausbildung oder ein Studium, idealerweise mit Schwerpunkt Fashion, Handel, Textilmanagement oder Einkauf.
  • Du konntest bereits erste Erfahrungen im Einkauf, Fashion Retail oder einem vergleichbaren Umfeld sammeln.
  • Fashion ist für Dich mehr als nur Kleidung – Du kennst aktuelle Trends, Brands und relevante Newcomer.
  • Du hast Spaß an Zahlen und besitzt gleichzeitig ein gutes Gespür für Produkte und kommerzielle Sortimente.
  • Du arbeitest strukturiert, eigenständig und behältst auch bei mehreren Themen gleichzeitig den Überblick.
  • Du bist kommunikationsstark, offen und arbeitest gerne im Team.
  • Du gehst sicher mit den gängigen Microsoft-Office-Anwendungen, insbesondere Excel, um.
  • Gute Englischkenntnisse runden Dein Profil ab.
