Welche Aufgaben erwarten dich?

· Du übernimmst die operative Verantwortung für alle Abläufe im Store.

· Neben der Führung und dem Coaching der Mitarbeiter bist du ebenso für die Einsatzplanung verantwortlich.

· Du analysierst regelmäßig die KPI und leitest in Absprache mit dem Regional Manager entsprechende Maßnahmen ein, um die Budget- und Zielvorgaben zu erreichen.

· Du leitest das Kassenmanagement.

· Du führst Inventuren durch.

· Du bist verantwortlich für administrative Aufgaben im Rahmen der Kommunikation mit unseren internen Abteilungen (z. B. Buchhaltung, Personalabteilung, Einkauf).

· In Kooperation mit dem Visual Merchandising stellst du sicher, dass ein inspirierendes Kauferlebnis für unsere Kunden geschaffen wird.

Was bringst du mit?

· Ein Studium im Bereich Betriebswirtschaft, Handel oder Textil oder eine Ausbildung als Kauffrau/Kaufmann im Einzelhandel hast Du erfolgreich abgeschlossen.

· Du hast bereits Verantwortung als Führungskraft im Fashion-Retail übernommen.

· Du hast Erfahrung mit einem Warenwirtschaftssystem und der Analyse der entsprechenden Kennzahlen.

· Du denkst unternehmerisch und meisterst die täglichen Herausforderungen mit hohem Tempo.

· Du hast ein freundliches und souveränes Auftreten

· Du liebst Fashion und hast ein Gespür für Trends

· Du bist kommunikationsstark und setzt selbständig Prioritäten.

· Auch in stressigen Phasen behältst du den Überblick und schaffst es, Dein Team zu motivieren.

· Du arbeitest sicher mit den gängigen Microsoft Office Anwendungen (Word, Excel, Outlook).

· Du hast Spaß daran, Verantwortung zu übernehmen und bringst außerdem gute Englischkenntnisse sowie einen Pkw-Führerschein mit.
