Position Overview

We are seeking a motivated and self-starting Sales Specialist to join our sales team on a commission basis. In this role, you will play a vital part in driving our growth by conducting outreach, nurturing leads, and booking qualified sales appointments using our CRM system (GoHighLevel). This is a high-impact, performance-driven role ideal for someone hungry to grow and earn based on results.

Key Responsibilities

  • Make 100+ outbound calls daily to leads within our GoHighLevel CRM
  • Qualify and schedule sales-ready appointments for the closer based on defined criteria
  • Follow up with warm leads via calls, text, and email
  • Maintain accurate and updated lead notes and statuses within the CRM
  • Submit a daily productivity tracker outlining contacts made, appointments booked, and outcomes
  • Collaborate with the closer to ensure schedule alignment and meeting preparedness
  • Join weekly check-ins to review performance and optimize strategies

Ideal Candidate Profile

  • Excellent phone presence and confident communication skills
  • Comfortable using sales language and handling objections
  • Motivated by commission-based income and performance results
  • Familiarity with CRM tools like GoHighLevel (training provided if needed)
  • Self-disciplined and organized with attention to detail
  • Access to a reliable internet connection and quiet remote work setup
