Coordenador(a) de Equipa - Economia Circular e Sustentabilidade

Principais Responsabilidades:

  • Liderar e supervisionar projetos, garantindo a qualidade e coerência dos entregáveis;
  • Gerir prazos, assegurar a comunicação eficaz com os clientes e promover uma boa relação comercial;
  • Apoiar, orientar e motivar a equipa de consultoria no dia a dia, promovendo a formação, coaching e o desenvolvimento contínuo;
  • Representar a unidade em conferências, eventos ou outras iniciativas de divulgação científica e técnica;
  • Atuar como formador(a) em ações de capacitação promovidas pela empresa;
  • Colaborar na elaboração de propostas comerciais e no desenvolvimento de estratégias de negócio.

Perfil Pretendido:

  • Formação académica ao nível de Mestrado em Engenharia (Ambiente, Química, Biorrecursos ou áreas correlatas), ou em domínios como Sustentabilidade, Ciências Ambientais ou Estudos Ambientais;
  • Experiência profissional de 2 a 5 anos em consultoria ou em projetos empresariais nas áreas de economia circular, estratégias ESG, indicadores de sustentabilidade (como pegada de carbono e avaliação do ciclo de vida), entre outros;
  • Experiência prévia em gestão e liderança de equipas;
  • Competência na preparação de propostas comerciais e desenvolvimento de negócios;
  • Conhecimento em ferramentas de indicadores de circularidade de produto (como a CTI Tool) e software de avaliação de ciclo de vida (como SimaPro) será valorizado;
  • Domínio avançado das ferramentas MS Office, com especial enfoque em PowerPoint e Excel;
  • Capacidade de pensamento crítico e fortes habilidades analíticas;
  • Perfil dinâmico, proativo, criativo e versátil, com elevado grau de responsabilidade e autonomia;
  • Excelentes competências interpessoais, de comunicação e trabalho em equipa;
  • Habilidade para trabalhar com foco em objetivos e prazos em ambiente de projeto.
