Are you passionate about Customer Service? Do you have exceptional communication skills in Italian? This is your chance to kickstart or elevate your career by working as a Customer Specialist for one of the most Home Appliances renowned global companies in Lisbon!

What Youll Do:

  • Enable the creation of more innovative products for food preparation, preservation and cleaning.
  • Giving customer a friendly reception according to quality guidelines.
  • Providing consumer with most appropriate information and correct solution
  • Adding sales whenever possible, suiting the customer needs.

What Were Looking For:

  • Fluency in Italian (C1 level or above) and advance in English.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Prior experience in customer support is a plus but not mandatory.
  • Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.
