Du willst Verantwortung übernehmen, technisch tief einsteigen und echten Impact im Gesundheitswesen haben? Dann starte bei Kumi durch. Als IT Projektmanager:in arbeitest du im Tandem mit unseren ärztlichen Projektmanager:innen: Sie verantworten klinische Prozesse & Change, du die technische Implementierung, Integration und den stabilen Betrieb.

Deine Aufgaben:

  • technische Beratung und Betreuung unserer Kundenkliniken
  • Installation, Administration und technische Projektleitung bei der Erstimplementierung unserer Plattform
  • Enge Zusammenarbeit mit sowie technische Beratung von unseren internen Teams, insbesondere den medizinischen Projektleitungen
  • 1st- und 2nd-Level Support mit Fokus auf nachhaltige Lösungen
  • Analyse, Fehlersuche und Behebung technischer Probleme, insbesondere bei Schnittstellen
  • strukturierte Aufbereitung von Fehlerbildern und Systemverhalten für unser Entwicklungsteam

Du arbeitest nah an der Praxis, aber immer mit Blick auf saubere Systeme und kontinuierliche Verbesserung.

Was du dafür mitbringen solltest

  • abgeschlossene Ausbildung oder Studium im Bereich Informatik, z. B. Fachinformatik, Medizinische Informatik oder vergleichbar
  • praktische Erfahrung im Gesundheitswesen, idealerweise im IT-Support, Projektmanagement oder bei Softwareeinführungen
  • Grundverständnis von Krankenhausinformationssystemen und angebundenen Subsystemen
  • Erfahrung in der Administration von Windows-Servern
  • Kenntnisse in HL7 sind ein Plus, aber kein Muss

Wichtiger als perfekte Checklisten sind für uns Neugier, Lernbereitschaft und ein strukturiertes technisches Denken.
