A Kumulus está em busca de um Especialista com experiência sólida em SAP Build Process Automation para atuar na sustentação, evolução e melhoria contínua de soluções de automação de processos em ambiente corporativo.

Esse profissional será a principal referência técnica da operação, contribuindo diretamente para a estabilidade das soluções, a resolução de problemas complexos e a evolução das automações existentes. Atuará de forma próxima à equipe técnica e ao cliente, apoiando decisões de arquitetura, disseminando boas práticas e buscando soluções eficientes e sustentáveis.

Buscamos alguém que combine conhecimento técnico aprofundado em SAP Build Process Automation com capacidade analítica, autonomia e visão de engenharia de software, com disposição para atuar diretamente no desenvolvimento, troubleshooting e otimização das soluções quando necessário.

Principais responsabilidades

-Ser a principal referência técnica em SAP Build Process Automation, apoiando a equipe na construção, sustentação e evolução das automações. -Atuar diretamente na investigação e resolução de incidentes, identificação de causas-raiz e troubleshooting de processos automatizados. -Desenvolver, ajustar, testar e otimizar automações utilizando SAP Build Process Automation. -Definir e disseminar boas práticas de desenvolvimento, arquitetura, testes, versionamento e implantação de automações. -Analisar integrações entre sistemas corporativos, APIs, serviços e aplicações envolvidas nos processos automatizados. -Propor melhorias técnicas que aumentem a eficiência, a confiabilidade, a escalabilidade e a manutenibilidade das soluções. -Orientar tecnicamente outros profissionais, apoiando a resolução de problemas complexos e a tomada de decisões técnicas. -Participar da análise e validação de mudanças, garantindo a qualidade e a estabilidade das soluções em produção. -Atuar como referência técnica junto ao cliente, contribuindo para o alinhamento de soluções e a definição de abordagens técnicas. -Apoiar a evolução da arquitetura das automações, avaliando alternativas técnicas e oportunidades de otimização. -Promover a disseminação de conhecimento, a documentação técnica e a melhoria contínua das soluções e práticas de desenvolvimento.

-Experiência prática e consistente com SAP Build Process Automation, incluindo desenvolvimento, manutenção, troubleshooting e evolução de automações. -Experiencia em Python (foco em automações) -Conhecimento dos recursos da plataforma para modelagem e execução de processos automatizados, construção de workflows e desenvolvimento de automações. -Experiência com sustentação de aplicações, automações ou integrações em ambiente produtivo. -Conhecimento em integrações entre sistemas, APIs REST, serviços web, mecanismos de autenticação e tratamento de erros em processos automatizados. -Capacidade de investigar falhas, analisar logs, identificar causas-raiz e propor soluções técnicas sustentáveis. -Vivência na definição de abordagens técnicas, aplicação de boas práticas de desenvolvimento e evolução de soluções corporativas. -Capacidade de atuar como referência técnica, orientar profissionais e apoiar decisões relacionadas à arquitetura e à implementação de soluções. -Familiaridade com ferramentas de gestão de chamados, controle de mudanças, versionamento de código e documentação técnica. -Boa comunicação, organização, autonomia e capacidade de interação com clientes e equipes multidisciplinares.
