Rollen som personlig assistent hos oss Som personlig assistent arbetar du till största delen ensam, men runt dig finns ett team av kollegor, enhetschef och stödpedagog. Du kommer att arbeta utifrån brukarens individuella behov genom att ge stöd med såväl personlig omvårdnad, praktiska sysslor i hemmet och fritidsaktiviteter utifrån genomförandeplan. Tjänsten innebär att arbeta hos flera assistansanvändare, med viss tid på resursschema för att täcka verksamhetens behov. Din profil Du är flexibel och trivs med att finnas tillgänglig för assistansanvändarens behov. Vidare är du tillmötesgående och lyhörd i ditt bemötande. Du skapar trygghet för assistansanvändaren. Du ansvarar och driver ditt arbete framåt mot mål och levererar resultat samt prioriterar ditt arbete på ett effektivt sätt. Du anpassar dig till förändrade omständigheter och ser möjligheter i förändringar. Stor vikt kommer att läggas vid personlig lämplighet. Vi söker dig som: uttrycker dig väl på svenska i tal och skrift, då det krävs i det dagliga arbetet har B-körkort

Det är meriterande om du har: utbildning med inriktning mot vård och omsorg, barn och fritid eller pedagogik erfarenhet av att arbeta som personlig assistent kunskap och erfarenhet av AKK

Du kommer att arbeta på ett rullande schema över veckans alla dagar. Tjänstgöring varannan helg. Det kan även ingå att arbeta sovande jour. Vi planerar arbetstiden utifrån en förkortad arbetstid på 37h/vecka. Observera att belastningsregister kommer att behöva uppvisas i samband med anställning.
