The posting

Kungsholmens friskola är en personal- och föräldrakooperativ friskola i centrala Stockholm, organiserad som en ekonomisk förening. Skolan har funnits i över 30 år och omfattar förskoleklass, grundskola och fritidshem, med cirka 150 elever från förskoleklass till årskurs 6. Verksamheten är organiserad i tre arbetslag: F–1, 2–3 och 4–6. Vi arbetar med åldersindelade klasser och erbjuder samtidigt en fritidsverksamhet där eleverna ofta möts över åldersgränserna utifrån intressen och aktiviteter. Vår personalgrupp består av cirka 25 medarbetare som samarbetar nära för att skapa en trygg, utvecklande och sammanhållen verksamhet. Vi söker en engagerad och behörig lärare i fritidshem till vårt arbetslag 4–6. Du vill vara med och utveckla en meningsfull fritidsverksamhet och bidra till elevernas lärande, trygghet och sociala utveckling under hela skoldagen. På vår skola blir du en del av ett engagerat team med kunniga, erfarna och trevliga kollegor. Du får stort utrymme att tillsammans med ditt arbetslag ta ansvar, samarbeta och utveckla verksamheten. Vi värdesätter goda relationer och ett professionellt bemötande av elever, kollegor och vårdnadshavare. Genom ett nära samarbete och kollegialt lärande utvecklar vi tillsammans undervisningen och skapar en arbetsmiljö där vi trivs och växer. Ditt uppdrag innebär att du tillsammans med ansvarig lärare arbetar för att stödja elevernas lärande, utveckling och trygghet under skoldagen. Du samverkar kring elevernas behov i en eller flera klasser och planerar, genomför och utvecklar verksamheten på fritidshemmet och under raster. Tillsammans skapar ni en trygg, stimulerande och meningsfull skoldag för eleverna. Vi söker dig som är behörig och har erfarenhet av arbete i skola och fritidshem. Du är trygg i din yrkesroll, tydlig i ditt ledarskap och har god samarbetsförmåga. Du är flexibel, kreativ och lösningsorienterad, med ett positivt förhållningssätt till elevernas olika behov och förutsättningar. Vi ser gärna att du har erfarenhet av att arbeta med elever i behov av särskilt stöd och ett genuint intresse för att utveckla och anpassa lärmiljöer utifrån elever med neuropsykiatriska funktionsnedsättningar (NPF).
