Als Vertreter renommierter Produzenten aus dem In\- und Ausland bedient die Kuratle \& Jaecker ab 12 Standorten das holzverarbeitende Gewerbe schweizweit mit einem breiten Sortiment an Produkten für den konstruktiven Holzbau und den dekorativen Innenausbau.

Die Kuratle Group ist eine Unternehmensgruppe bestehend aus rund 20 Gesellschaften. Die Kuratle \& Jaecker AG ist ein Teil davon. Unter dem Dach der Kuratle Group wird so für den Kunden Mehrwert geschaffen, indem ihm Gesamtlösungen aus den Bereichen Handel, Produktion und Logistik angeboten werden können.

Du kennst dich mit Bodenbelägen, Parkett oder Terrassenbelägen aus und gehst gerne offen auf Menschen zu? Für die Kuratle \& Jaecker AG am Standort Basel suchen wir eine:n Verkaufsberater:in Innendienst und Showroom. Bei uns setzt du dein Fachwissen in der persönlichen Beratung vor Ort ein und unterstützt unsere Kundschaft dabei, die passenden Produkte für ihre Projekte zu finden.

Deine Hauptaufgaben

* Aktive und kompetente Beratung unserer Kundschaft vor Ort am Schalter sowie am Telefon

* Persönliche Beratung im Showroom mit Schwerpunkt Bodenbeläge, Parkett und Terrassenbeläge \- vom Erkennen der Kundenbedürfnisse bis zur Empfehlung passender Produkte und Zubehör

* Entgegennehmen und Bearbeiten von Anfragen und Bestellungen

* Projektbegleitung von der Offerte bis zur Lieferung

* Drehscheibenfunktion zwischen Aussendienst, Kunden und Lieferanten

* Allgemeine administrative Aufgaben im Team Verkaufsinnendienst

Dein Profil

* Abgeschlossene Ausbildung als Boden\-Parkettleger:in , im holzverarbeitenden Gewerbe oder im Detailhandel mit entsprechender Branchenerfahrung

* Gute Fachkenntnisse in mindestens einem der Bereiche Bodenbeläge, Parkett oder Terrassenbeläge sowie Bereitschaft, dein Wissen im gesamten Sortiment zu vertiefen

* Offene, kontaktfreudige Persönlichkeit mit Freude daran, aktiv auf unsere Kundschaft zuzugehen und sie bedarfsgerecht zu beraten

* Idealerweise Erfahrung in der persönlichen Kundenberatung oder im Verkauf

* Hohe Kunden\- und Dienstleistungsorientierung, selbstständige und zuverlässige Arbeitsweise sowie Flexibilität und Teamfähigkeit

* Gute PC\-Kenntnisse, SAP und CRM von Vorteil

* Stilsicheres Deutsch in Wort und Schrift
