1.本科及以上学历，2年以上关卡策划经验或1年以上战斗/玩法策划经验，对3C有一定理解者优先； 2.熟悉UE4引擎，并且有UE蓝图及sequence过场动画的使用经验，能够快速完成玩法的原型验证； 3.大量的动作类，RPG，以及开放世界游戏的游玩经验，覆盖手游，主机，PC等平台； 4.具有一定的美术基础或较强的审美能力，在原型阶段能通过白盒资源清晰表现出设计意图【加分】； 5.有独立游戏或个人作品（附上设计稿、截图、相关视频链接）【加分】。
