The opportunity:

As a Client Director at Kurppa Hosk, you’ll take overall responsibility for some of our most significant client partnerships. You’ll be a trusted advisor to senior stakeholders and executive teams, helping them navigate complex business, brand and communication challenges. You’ll define a long-term vision for each partnership and a clear roadmap for achieving it.

You’ll shape the commercial approach across your partnerships, balancing client value, creative quality and sustainable profitability. You’ll drive growth by deepening existing relationships, identifying new opportunities and helping win new business. Your work will connect the ambitions of our clients with the capabilities of Kurppa Hosk and the wider Eidra group, bringing together the right expertise across companies and disciplines.

Beyond individual accounts, you’ll help set the standard for leadership and delivery across Kurppa Hosk. You’ll mentor and develop colleagues, build strong teams and contribute to the ways of working, culture and thought leadership that support our long-term success. You’ll represent Kurppa Hosk and Eidra with confidence, sharing a clear perspective on the changing needs of our clients and industry.

What you’ll bring:

  • Minimum 10–15 years of relevant experience, ideally in an agency or similar creative environment, leading complex client partnerships across brand, design and communication.
  • A track record of building trusted relationships with senior clients and executive teams, providing strategic advice and navigating complex stakeholder environments.
  • The ability to connect a client’s business ambitions to a long-term partnership vision, a clear roadmap and impactful creative work.
  • Strong commercial leadership, including experience shaping account strategies, managing commercial performance and growing revenue sustainably through existing relationships and new business.
  • The curiosity and strategic perspective to identify opportunities beyond individual accounts, including new offerings and partnerships across Eidra.
  • Experience leading multidisciplinary teams across complex engagements, with the judgement to balance client value, creative quality and profitability.
  • A strong ability to bringing together expertise across teams and organisations, creating opportunities for clients and colleagues alike.
  • A commitment to developing people and future leaders, with the ambition to help build a strong, collaborative leadership culture across Kurppa Hosk and Eidra.
  • A clear point of view on branding, design and communication, with the confidence to represent Kurppa Hosk and Eidra internally and externally.
  • Excellent written and spoken English and the ability to communicate a strategic vision clearly to different audiences.
  • Experience with large-scale brand transformation or international client partnerships is a plus.
