Wir suchen Vertriebsassistent/-in (m/w/d) für unser Vertriebsteam, die qualifizierte Erstkontakte zu Steuerkanzleien herstellen, den Kontakt mit unseren Interessenten halten und Termine für unsere Strategieberater vereinbaren. Was macht die KURZ UND KLEIN GmbH genau?

Wir unterstützen Kanzleien dabei, qualifizierte Mitarbeiter zu gewinnen und ihren Mandantenstamm durch digitale Marketingkampagnen gezielt auszubauen. Darüber hinaus begleiten wir Kanzleien bei der Digitalisierung und Automatisierung interner Prozesse. Dazu suchen wir neue Vertriebsassistent/-in (m/w/d), um weitere Kundinnen und Kunden von unseren Dienstleistungen zu begeistern.

Was genau ist deine Aufgabe als Vertriebsassistent/-in (m/w/d)?

Du rufst Steuerkanzleien an, denen wir optimal mit unserer Dienstleistung weiterhelfen können. Im Gespräch mit den Entscheidungsträgern stellst du fest, ob Bedarf an Mitarbeitergewinnung, Mandantenwachstum oder Prozessdigitalisierung besteht. Wenn Bedarf besteht und die Geschäftsführer Interesse haben, mehr von unserer Dienstleistung und unseren Lösungen zu erfahren, vereinbarst du einen Folgetermin mit einem unserer Strategieberater.

Es geht also darum, potenzielle Kunden und Interessenten auf uns aufmerksam zu machen und einen Erstkontakt herzustellen.

Bisher keine Vertriebserfahrung oder Quereinsteiger?

Kein Problem! Während der Einarbeitung erlernst du alles, was du zur Ausführung des Jobs benötigst. Vorkenntnisse im Bereich Vertrieb sind also nicht notwendig.

Deine Aufgabenbereiche:

  • Telefonische Akquise potenzieller Neukunden aus dem Kanzleiumfeld
  • Bedarfsanalyse im Erstgespräch anhand definierter Kriterien
  • Telefonische Kontaktaufnahme zu bereits vorhandenen Kontakten im System
  • Terminplanung sowie Vor- und Nachbereitung für unsere Strategieberater

Die Einarbeitungsphase dauert in der Regel 2–3 Monate.

Gehalt: 3.500,- Euro pro Monat (brutto)

Weiterentwicklungs- und Aufstiegsmöglichkeiten in den nächsten Jahren sind vorhanden.
