Votre mission

Rattaché(e) au Responsable Achat vous avez comme objectif d’intervenir au plus tôt lors la phase de conception de nos machines afin de proposer des solutions économiques et innovantes. En parallèle, vous gérez plusieurs familles produits spécifiques (pièces usinées, lasers, hydrauliques et visserie) ainsi que la consultation et l'approvisionnement ultra-réactif des pièces pour nos prototypes et outillages

Vos principales responsabilités

1. Achats Projet.

Vous faites en sorte d’intégrer les achats auprès du R&D le plus tôt possible lors de la phase projet afin de mettre en place une démarche de Design to Cost – Co Conception/Innovation. Sur la base des fournisseurs référencés, vous intégrez nos partenaires lors de ces premières étapes pour identifier les pistes d’optimisations et d’innovations. Vous êtes le garant du référencement de notre ERP lors du basculement de la phase prototype vers la présérie.

2. Stratégie de Familles de Produits

Vous prenez en charge les familles hydraulique, pièces laser, usinées et visserie. En accord avec le responsable achat vous proposez et déployez votre stratégie avec les objectifs QCD tout en optimisant l’aspect supply pour nos lignes de production. Vous analysez et négociez les contrats prix-qté afin d’assurer la disponibilité des composants au meilleur coût. En complément vous assurez l’évaluation des partenaires stratégiques et de leurs performances industrielles suivant nos règles groupe.

3. Approvisionnements Prototypes & Outillages

Pour répondre au besoin R&D, vous prenez en charge la consultation et l’approvisionnement des composants pour la fabrication de nos prototypes. Vous en faîtes de même pour notre service outillage. Pour ce faire vous êtes donc à l’aise avec les ERP, idéalement SAP en module MM (création des commandes, suivi des livraisons) et relancer activement les fournisseurs pour sécuriser les plannings de validation.

Votre profil

  • Formation : Bac+5 en Achats ou formation technique/ingénieur (mécanique, agro-équipement) avec une spécialisation Achats.
  • Expérience : Expérience significative dans les achats industriels, idéalement dans le machinisme agricole, les véhicules spéciaux ou l'industrie lourde.
  • Compétences techniques : Maîtrise des ERP, idéalement SAP (modules MM/PP). Capacité à lire des plans techniques et à comprendre les contraintes de fabrication. Anglais professionnel indispensable.
  • Qualités recherchées : Esprit analytique, pragmatisme et forte agilité pour basculer de la négociation stratégique à l'approvisionnement opérationnel de prototypes.
  • Anglais : Niveau professionnel indispensable pour échanger avec le groupe et nos fournisseurs

Mobilité : Des déplacements réguliers sont à prévoir auprès des fournisseurs et des différents sites du groupe, en France comme à l’international, dans le cadre des projets, des audits fournisseurs et du suivi des performances industrielles.
