Wil jij een technisch vak leren en werken aan landbouwmachines die wereldwijd worden gebruikt? Ben je praktisch ingesteld, werk je graag met je handen en wil je jezelf ontwikkelen binnen een innovatief productiebedrijf? Dan is dit jouw kans!

Wat ga je doen?

Als Leerling Poedercoater volg je een praktijkgerichte training binnen onze productieomgeving. Tijdens dot traject leer je stap voor stap hoe je metalen onderdelen voorbereidt, coat, controleert en verpakt. Uiteindelijk kun je zelfstandig alle werkzaamheden doen. Uiteraard word je geholpen door ervaren collega’s.

Poedercoating is een techniek waarbij metalen onderdelen van onze landbouwmachines worden voorzien van een beschermende laag (poederlak). De laag beschermt tegen roest, krassen en beschadigingen.

Geen ervaring? Geen probleem! Voor deze functie is motivatie en leergierigheid belangrijker dan ervaring.

Tijdens jouw leertraject leer je onder andere:

  • Aanbrengen van de poederlaklaag met behulp van een spuitpistool;
  • Stalen onderdelen ophangen aan rekken voordat ze de spuitcabine ingaan;
  • Kleuren wisselen en de installatie schoonmaken ter voorbereiding op een andere kleur;
  • Het aanvullen van poeder in de spuitcabine;
  • Afblazen van onderdelen in de straalcabine en het afdoppen van onderdelen;
  • Controleren van kwaliteit van gecoate onderdelen;
  • Gelakte onderdelen van de transportbaan halen;
  • Verpakken en stapelen van onderdelen volgens instructies.

  • Je hebt interesse in techniek;
  • Je bent gemotiveerd om een vak te leren;
  • Je werkt nauwkeurig en hebt oog voor kwaliteit;
  • Je bent een aanpakker en steekt graag de handen uit de mouwen;
  • Je kunt zowel zelfstandig als in teamverband werken.
