Als Manufacturing Engineer speel je een belangrijke rol in het continu verbeteren van onze productieprocessen. Je onderzoekt hoe producten, machines en arbeid efficiënter, veiliger en kwalitatief beter kunnen worden ingezet en vertaalt jouw analyses naar concrete verbeteringen op de werkvloer. Je werkt volgens 5S (Lean)-, 5Gen-, Kaizen- en First Time Right-principes en draagt actief bij aan continu verbeteren, procesoptimalisatie en het reduceren van verspillingen.

Bij Kverneland Group werk je binnen een internationale organisatie die landbouwmachines en digitale oplossingen ontwikkelt, produceert en distribueert. Innovatie staat daarbij centraal. Samen met collega's uit verschillende disciplines draag je bij aan producten die wereldwijd worden ingezet en ondersteun je de ambitie om duurzame landbouw verder vooruit te helpen.

Wat ga je doen?

  • Analyseren van activiteiten binnen verschillende afdelingen;
  • Analyses verwerken in duidelijke overzichten, en voorstellen doen voor werkmethoden, montagevolgordes, laswerkzaamheden en onderdelenaanmaak;
  • Initiëren van voorstellen voor concurrent engineering en design for assembly;
  • Opstellen, onderbouwen en indienen van Engineering Change Requests (ECR's) voor product- en procesverbeteringen.
  • Inventariseren wat nodig is voor een goede en efficiënte montage;
  • Deelnemen aan projectteams rondom nieuwe producten, wijzigingsvoorstellen en produceerbaarheid;
  • Optreden als projectleider binnen diverse projecten.

Wat breng je mee?

  • Een afgeronde hbo-opleiding met een technische achtergrond;
  • Een aantal jaar ervaring binnen het vakgebied;
  • Kennis van bedrijfsmatige processen;
  • Ervaring met het opzetten en/of uitschrijven van montage-instructies;
  • Ervaring met het maken van investeringsplannen;
  • Een goede beheersing van de Nederlandse en Engelse taal in woord en geschrift.

Je krijgt de mogelijkheid om verbeteringen daadwerkelijk te realiseren, samen te werken met verschillende afdelingen en een directe bijdrage te leveren aan een innovatieve productieomgeving waarin continue verbeteren centraal staat.

Wat kun jij van ons verwachten?

  • 8% vakantiegeld, reiskostenvergoeding van 21 cent per kilometer (max 100 km per dag);
