Een hoogwaardige poedercoating begint niet bij het coaten zelf, maar bij een perfecte voorbehandeling. Als Procesoperator Chemische Voorbehandeling & AWZI speel jij een cruciale rol in ons productieproces. Jij zorgt ervoor dat onze producten optimaal worden voorbereid voor coating én dat onze afvalwaterstromen veilig en verantwoord worden behandeld.

Wat ga je doen?

In deze rol krijg je een belangrijke verantwoordelijkheid. Wanneer kritische proceswaarden worden overschreden, ben jij bevoegd om processen stil te leggen en de juiste specialisten in te schakelen. Je speelt daarmee een belangrijke rol in het waarborgen van productkwaliteit, veiligheid en milieunaleving. Je bent verantwoordelijk voor het bedienen, bewaken en bijsturen van de chemische voorbehandelingsinstallatie en de afvalwaterzuiveringsinstallatie (AWZI). Je houdt continu de proceskwaliteit in de gaten en zorgt ervoor dat onze installaties veilig, stabiel en efficiënt blijven draaien.

Je werkzaamheden bestaan onder andere uit:

  • Bedienen en bewaken van de chemische voorbehandelingsprocessen;
  • Controleren van proceswaarden en uitvoeren van analyses en metingen;
  • Registreren en beoordelen van meetresultaten;
  • Doseren van chemicaliën volgens vastgestelde procedures;
  • Bewaken van de kwaliteit van het proces en tijdig signaleren van afwijkingen;
  • Uitvoeren van eerstelijnsinspecties en eenvoudige onderhoudswerkzaamheden;
  • Verwerken van afvalwater en reststoffen volgens geldende voorschriften;
  • Samenwerken met collega's binnen Manufacturing, de Technische Dienst en externe leveranciers;
  • Actief bijdragen aan verbeteringen op het gebied van kwaliteit, veiligheid en milieu.
  • MBO 3/4 werk- en denkniveau;
  • Bij voorkeur een opleiding in Procestechniek, Milieutechniek, Chemische Technologie of Oppervlaktetechniek;
  • Kennis van chemische processen, pH-regelingen, waterzuivering en veilig werken met chemicaliën;
  • Ervaring met het uitvoeren van analyses en het interpreteren van resultaten;
  • Ervaring met digitale registratiesystemen en procesbesturing;
  • Bij voorkeur minimaal twee jaar ervaring in een industriële productie- of procesomgeving;
  • VAPRO A of B is een pré;
  • Basiskennis van de Engelse taal voor het lezen van technische documentatie en veiligheidsinformatie.
