Wij zoeken een daadkrachtige Productiemanager Assemblage die leiding geeft aan meerdere assemblagelijnen en het testcentrum. Je stuurt Teamleaders en Assistent Teamleaders aan en bent verantwoordelijk voor veiligheid, kwaliteit, leverbetrouwbaarheid, productiviteit en de verdere ontwikkeling van jouw organisatie.

Je brengt structuur en duidelijkheid in de dagelijkse aansturing, maakt prestaties inzichtelijk en zorgt ervoor dat verbeteringen duurzaam worden geborgd. Door jouw coaching groeien de Teamleiders en Assistent Teamleiders in hun rol en ontstaat een cultuur waarin eigenaarschap, samenwerking en continu verbeteren vanzelfsprekend zijn.

Jouw succes is zichtbaar in:

  • Jaarlijks een afgesproken percentage productiviteitsverbetering per assemblagelijn.
  • Het realiseren van het productieplan en het behalen van de afgesproken leverbetrouwbaarheid.
  • Teamleaders en Assistent Teamleaders die zelfstandig resultaten behalen.
  • Een veilige, efficiënte en kwalitatief hoogwaardige productieomgeving.
  • Een cultuur waarin prestaties bespreekbaar zijn en afspraken worden nagekomen.

Wat ga je doen?

  • Leidinggeven aan Teamleaders en Assistent Teamleaders en hen coachen in hun ontwikkeling.
  • Sturen op KPI's voor veiligheid, kwaliteit, productiviteit, leverbetrouwbaarheid en doorlooptijd.
  • Realiseren van het productieplan volgens planning en afgesproken kwaliteitsnormen.
  • Initiëren, implementeren en borgen van procesverbeteringen en Lean-initiatieven.
  • Samenwerken met Planning, Logistiek, Quality, Production Engineering en Technical Service om structurele verbeteringen te realiseren.
  • Organisatiedoelen vertalen naar concrete acties en resultaten op de werkvloer.

Wie ben jij?

Je bent een energieke en zichtbare leider die mensen weet mee te nemen in verandering. Je combineert overtuigingskracht met een gestructureerde en resultaatgerichte aanpak. Je durft beslissingen te nemen, spreekt mensen aan op verantwoordelijkheid en houdt koers wanneer resultaten onder druk staan.

Daarnaast beschik je over:

  • Een afgeronde HBO- of WO-opleiding in, bijvoorkeur een technische of bedrijfskundige richting.
  • Ervaring als leidinggevende binnen een productie- of assemblageomgeving.
  • Aantoonbare ervaring met Lean, continu verbeteren en prestatiemanagement.
  • Sterke coachende vaardigheden en ervaring met teamontwikkeling.
  • Affiniteit met KPI-sturing, data-analyse en operationele verbetertrajecten.
  • Goede beheersing van de Nederlandse en Engelse taal.
