Hoe zal jouw takenpakket eruit zien?

  • Je biedt remote support (1st - 3rd line) aan internationale klanten, behandelt tickets en analyseert en lost technische problemen op.
  • Je controleert of de IT-infrastructuur bij klanten correct is opgezet voor software-installaties en voert voorbereidende technische controles uit.
  • Je spoort infrastructuurproblemen op en ondersteunt collega-consultants om ervoor te zorgen dat installaties technisch vlot verlopen.
  • Je werkt mee aan IT-projecten, waaronder implementaties, cloudmigraties en het opzetten van nieuwe omgevingen.
  • Je beheert virtuele serveromgevingen, installeert en configureert software en volgt klantendossiers administratief correct op.
  • Je communiceert professioneel met klanten, volgt werkzaamheden nauwgezet op en denkt mee over technische verbeteringen.

Wat verwachten zij van jou?

  • Je beschikt bij voorkeur over een bachelor in IT en hebt minstens 3 jaar relevante ervaring binnen IT-support, systeembeheer & infrastructuur.
  • Je hebt een goede kennis van systeem- en netwerkbeheer, Windows Server, virtualisatie en netwerken. Ervaring met PowerShell is belangrijk; kennis van Microsoft 365, Azure, Linux of SQL is een plus.
  • Je bent technisch sterk genoeg om klantomgevingen te beoordelen, problemen zelfstandig te onderzoeken en collega's gericht te ondersteunen.
  • Je werkt analytisch en nauwkeurig, neemt verantwoordelijkheid voor je dossiers en communiceert vlot in het Nederlands en Engels, ook met mondige of veeleisende klanten.
