Voor een toonaangevende, innovatieve mobiliteitsspeler in de regio Kortrijk gaat Kwery op zoek naar een Business Application Specialist. Binnen deze dynamische organisatie zorgen applicaties ervoor dat teams dagelijks vlot en efficiënt kunnen schakelen. De onderneming combineert een sterke marktpositie met een vooruitstrevende visie op digitalisering, automatisering en innovatie.

In deze functie fungeert de kandidaat als de cruciale schakel tussen de dagelijkse praktijk en doordachte IT-oplossingen. Er wordt niet enkel gefocust op applicatiebeheer en procesoptimalisatie, maar ook op het zelf meebouwen aan concrete oplossingen en het slim inzetten van AI-tools. Dankzij een nauwe samenwerking met diverse stakeholders wordt gaandeweg een diepgaande kennis opgebouwd van zowel de bedrijfssystemen als de totale organisatie.

Hoe zal jouw takenpakket eruit zien?

  • Je beheert en configureert het ERP-systeem en aanverwante applicaties, voert grondige tests uit en begeleidt eindgebruikers doelgericht bij nieuwe functionaliteiten.
  • Je brengt operationele processen en gebruikersvragen gedetailleerd in kaart en vertaalt deze naar efficiënte IT-oplossingen en eenvoudigere werkwijzen.
  • Je bouwt en onderhoudt ERP-documenten met behulp van JasperReports en ontwikkelt heldere rapporten en dashboards via SQL en Microsoft Power BI.
  • Je analyseert incidenten en gebruikersvragen tot op de bodem, formuleert gepaste oplossingen en schakelt indien nodig met externe IT- en softwarepartners.
  • Je neemt proactief initiatief om repetitieve taken te automatiseren en onderzoekt kansen om AI-toepassingen doelgericht te integreren.

Wat verwachten wij van jou?

  • Een relevant bachelor- of masterdiploma, of een gelijkwaardig niveau verworven door relevante praktijkervaring.
  • Aantoonbare ervaring met bedrijfssoftware of ERP-systemen en een gezonde nieuwsgierigheid naar de technische werking ervan.
  • Een sterke affiniteit met data en rapportagetools zoals SQL, relationele databases en Microsoft Power BI, waarbij kennis van JasperReports als een sterke troef geldt.
  • Een analytische ingesteldheid gecombineerd met een praktische hands-on aanpak om complexe processen te doorgronden en om te zetten in concrete oplossingen.
  • Vlotte communicatieve vaardigheden om technische vraagstukken helder toe te lichten, gekoppeld aan interesse in AI-tools voor verdere automatisering.
