Voor een groeiende dochteronderneming van een toonaangevende internationale groep kijkt Kwery uit naar een ondernemende Odoo Business Consultant. De organisatie combineert de slagkracht van een internationaal gevestigde speler met de wendbaarheid en no-nonsense mentaliteit van een KMO. Binnen een hecht specialistenteam van een tiental collega's, opgedeeld in Business Intelligence en ERP, wordt dagelijks gewerkt aan ambitieuze digitaliseringsprojecten vanuit het moderne hoofdkantoor in de regio Oostende. In deze gloednieuwe functie fungeert de geschikte kandidaat als de cruciale schakel tussen commerciële noden en functionele ERP-oplossingen. Samen met één of twee directe ERP-collega's worden end-to-end implementaties verzorgd, waarbij er naast diepgaande procesanalyses ook actief klantenbezoeken worden afgelegd om oplossingen te presenteren en verder uit te rollen. De organisatie investeert volop in persoonlijke groei door middel van een volwaardig intern opleidingstraject rond Odoo.

Hoe zal jouw takenpakket eruitzien?

  • Je brengt bedrijfsprocessen gedetailleerd in kaart en voert grondige behoeftenanalyses uit bij de klant.
  • Je vertaalt functionele vereisten naar doordachte Odoo-oplossingen en begeleidt het volledige implementatietraject van A tot Z.
  • Je legt commerciële bezoeken af bij klanten om ERP-oplossingen proactief te adviseren, te verkopen en op te volgen.
  • Je verzorgt een kwalitatieve oplevering, documentatie en nazorg om een optimale werking en gebruikerstevredenheid te garanderen.
  • Je werkt nauw samen met het interne team van BI- en ERP-specialisten om processen continu te optimaliseren.

Wat verwachten wij van jou?

  • Een bachelor- of masterdiploma in een economische of IT-richting, of een gelijkwaardig niveau door relevante ervaring.
  • Een sterk analytisch inzicht in bedrijfsprocessen gecombineerd met een uitgesproken affiniteit voor IT en digitalisering.
  • Een commerciële ingesteldheid en vlotte communicatieve vaardigheden om moeiteloos contacten te leggen met klanten en stakeholders.
  • Uitstekende beheersing van het Nederlands en het Engels, waarbij kennis van het Frans als een welkome troef geldt.
  • Eerdere ervaring met Odoo of een ander ERP-pakket vormt een meerwaarde, al wordt er ook een grondig intern opleidingstraject voorzien.
