Voor een productiebedrijf in de regio Wielsbeke ben ik op zoek naar een Digital Workplace Specialist.Je komt terecht in een financieel gezonde onderneming, waar digitalisering en procesoptimalisatie steeds belangrijker worden. Binnen het interne IT-team krijg je een gevarieerde functie waarin je verantwoordelijk bent voor het verdere beheer en de optimalisatie van de Microsoft 365-omgeving. Daarnaast krijg je de ruimte om zelf toepassingen te ontwikkelen, processen te automatiseren en de mogelijkheden van AI en Microsoft Copilot verder te verkennen.

Jobomschrijving

Hoe zal jouw takenpakket eruit zien?

  • Je staat in voor het beheer en de verdere optimalisatie van de Microsoft 365-omgeving, met een sterke focus op SharePoint, Teams en OneDrive. Ook het intranet valt onder jouw verantwoordelijkheid.
  • Je ontwikkelt gebruiksvriendelijke toepassingen met Power Apps en digitaliseert zo verschillende interne bedrijfsprocessen.
  • Je bouwt geautomatiseerde workflows met Power Automate en gaat actief op zoek naar manieren om repetitieve taken efficiënter te laten verlopen.
  • Je onderzoekt de mogelijkheden van Microsoft Copilot en AI en helpt deze toepassingen binnen de organisatie te implementeren.
  • Je fungeert als intern aanspreekpunt voor Microsoft 365 en ondersteunt collega's bij hun vragen.
  • Je werkt mee aan documentbeheer, datamigraties en andere IT-projecten, waaronder gebruikersbeheer en toestelconfiguraties.

Wat verwachten zij van jou?

  • Je hebt minstens 3 à 4 jaar ervaring binnen IT en beschikt over een goede kennis van Microsoft 365, in het bijzonder SharePoint, Teams en OneDrive.
  • Je hebt ervaring met digitale werkplekken, documentbeheer en datamigraties.
  • Je hebt kennis van Power Apps en Power Automate en bent geïnteresseerd in de verdere mogelijkheden van Microsoft Copilot en AI.
  • Je denkt analytisch en procesgericht en weet de noden van collega's om te zetten in concrete, gebruiksvriendelijke oplossingen.
  • Je communiceert vlot in het Nederlands, hebt een goede kennis van het Engels en kan je behelpen in het Frans.
  • Kennis van Power BI, Microsoft Azure of relevante Microsoft-certificeringen is een mooie extra.
