The posting

Onze klant is een groeiend bedrijf in de IT-sector in de regio Gent. Met een team van ongeveer 50 medewerkers ondersteunen ze organisaties bij het optimaliseren en digitaliseren van hun bedrijfsprocessen. Om hun verdere groei te ondersteunen, zijn ze op zoek naar een ERP Business Consultant die graag meedenkt met klanten en mee bouwt aan praktische oplossingen op maat.

Jobomschrijving

Hoe zal jouw takenpakket eruit zien?

  • Bedrijfsprocessen en klantbehoeften analyseren en vertalen naar functionele oplossingen binnen Odoo, inclusief fit/gap-analyses en workshops.
  • Klanten adviseren over digitalisering en procesoptimalisatie, een toekomstgerichte visie uitwerken en concrete implementatietrajecten begeleiden.
  • Functionele specificaties en acceptatiecriteria opstellen, databronnen analyseren en datamigraties voorbereiden en opvolgen.
  • Oplossingen testen en valideren, verbeterpunten detecteren en key-users begeleiden via demo's, opleidingen en documentatie tijdens de ingebruikname.
  • Als inhoudelijk aanspreekpunt klanten en collega's ondersteunen, projecten zelfstandig trekken en op de hoogte blijven van nieuwe Odoo-functionaliteiten en ontwikkelingen.

Wat verwachten zij van jou?

  • Je beschikt over een bachelor of master in een economische of IT-richting, of gelijkwaardige ervaring, en hebt minstens 2 jaar ervaring als functioneel consultant of analist.
  • Je hebt inzicht in typische KMO-bedrijfsprocessen, zoals Procure-to-Pay (P2P) en Order-to-Cash (O2C), en begrijpt hoe die in de praktijk verlopen.
  • Je bent analytisch, werkt zelfstandig en denkt oplossingsgericht mee over de werking en optimalisatie van bedrijfsprocessen.
  • Je communiceert vlot in het Nederlands en Engels. Interesse in programmeren is mooi meegenomen.
