Hoe zal jouw takenpakket eruit zien?

  • Je ondersteunt klanten bij functionele en applicatieve vragen over ERP-software en helpt hen om problemen efficiënt op te lossen.
  • Je analyseert complexere incidenten en neemt 3rd line support op wanneer standaardoplossingen niet volstaan.
  • Je adviseert gebruikers over het gebruik en de configuratie van de software en zoekt mee naar oplossingen op maat.
  • Je behandelt change requests en voert kleinere aanpassingen door om de werking van de applicaties te verbeteren.
  • Je werkt nauw samen met collega's van support, development en projectmanagement om problemen structureel aan te pakken en kennis te delen.

Wat verwachten zij van jou?

  • Je hebt enkele jaren ervaring binnen applicatiesupport, ERP-support of een gelijkaardige softwaregerichte functie.
  • Je bent analytisch ingesteld en weet functionele en technische problemen gericht te onderzoeken.
  • Je hebt ervaring met ERP of andere bedrijfssoftware.
  • Je communiceert vlot in het Nederlands en Engels, zowel met klanten als met collega's.
  • Je hebt interesse in SQL, databanken en software-integraties, of wil je hier verder in verdiepen.
