Hoe zal jouw takenpakket eruitzien?

  • Je neemt de volledige verantwoordelijkheid over implementatietrajecten bij internationale enterprise klanten. Je gaat rechtstreeks in gesprek met C-level stakeholders om hun commerciële strategie en uitdagingen te doorgronden. Vervolgens vertaal je deze inzichten naar concrete oplossingen, configureer je zelf het AI-platform en begeleid je salesteams via trainingen en workshops naar een succesvolle adoptie.
  • Je wordt de vertrouwde adviseur en strategische partner van jouw klanten. Je analyseert hun commerciële werking, brengt hun groeipotentieel in kaart en detecteert proactief up- en cross-sellopportuniteiten. Daarnaast monitor je de adoptie en prestaties van het platform aan de hand van KPI's en stuur je bij waar nodig om maximale impact en een aantoonbare ROI te realiseren.
  • Je vormt de brug tussen klanten, interne stakeholders en het developmentteam. Je vertaalt klantfeedback naar concrete productverbeteringen en denkt actief mee over de verdere ontwikkeling van het platform. Daarnaast krijg je de kans om implementatiemethodologieën, interne processen en best practices mee vorm te geven, zodat de organisatie haar internationale groei verder kan versnellen.

Wat verwachten zij van jou?

  • Je beschikt over minimaal 3 jaar relevante ervaring binnen een consultatieve of strategisch commerciële functie. Je hebt inzicht in commerciële bedrijfsprocessen en salesmethodologieën zoals Solution Selling.
  • Je combineert een sterk analytisch vermogen met een hands-on en klantgerichte aanpak. Je weet strategische doelstellingen te vertalen naar concrete oplossingen, voelt je comfortabel in gesprekken met zowel C-level stakeholders als eindgebruikers en haalt voldoening uit het begeleiden van klanten tijdens veranderingsprocessen.
  • Je bent een ondernemende, communicatieve en proactieve professional die graag verantwoordelijkheid neemt. Tot slot communiceer je vlot in het Nederlands en Engels.
