Voor een gevestigde en innovatieve productieonderneming in Vlaanderen ben ik op zoek naar een IT & AI Specialist. De organisatie combineert jarenlang vakmanschap met een toekomstgerichte blik op digitalisering en efficiëntie, waarbij IT en automatisering een cruciale rol spelen. Binnen deze stabiele werkomgeving krijg je de ruimte om de interne systemen verder te optimaliseren en nieuwe technologieën tastbaar te maken op de werkvloer.

In deze veelzijdige functie kom je terecht in het kruispunt tussen productie, verkoop en nieuwe softwareoplossingen. Naast het functioneel en technisch beheer van de centrale productconfigurator en de naadloze koppeling met het ERP-systeem, ligt er een unieke uitdaging klaar om van nul een innovatieve AI-agent op te zetten. Dit biedt een boeiende combinatie van procesoptimalisatie, data-integratie en hands-on innovatie met tastbare impact op de hele organisatie.

Hoe zal jouw takenpakket eruit zien?

  • Je bouwt de productconfigurator verder uit door complexe productregels, logica en stuklijsten nauwkeurig te modelleren en te onderhouden.
  • Je optimaliseert de systeemkoppelingen en dataflows tussen de configurator, het Microsoft Dynamics D365 ERP-pakket en de productieomgeving.
  • Je bouwt en implementeert van nul een interne en externe AI-agent om complexe normeringen en bedrijfsprocessen intelligent te ondersteunen.
  • Je werkt nauw samen met R&D, aankoop, verkoop en externe softwarepartners om de technische en operationele maakbaarheid te waarborgen.
  • Je biedt als back-up eerstelijns IT-ondersteuning aan collega's en helpt bij het basisbeheer van de IT-infrastructuur bij afwezigheid van de vaste beheerder.

Wat verwachten wij van jou?

  • Je beschikt over een bachelor- of masterdiploma in een relevante richting of combineert dit met minstens 3 jaar relevante werkervaring.
  • Je bezit grondige technische expertise in regelsystemen, code- en datastructuren (zoals C# of DLL-integraties), zonder noodzakelijk een pure programmeur te zijn.
  • Ervaring met het bouwen van AI-agents.
  • Relevante ervaring in een technische productie- of procesomgeving is een mooi pluspunt.
  • Je bent communicatief sterk in het Nederlands en Engels, werkt zelfstandig en weet proactief te overleggen met IT en business stakeholders.
