Hoe zal jouw takenpakket eruit zien?

  • Infrastructuurbeheer: Je neemt het beheer van de serveromgeving, storage, virtualisatie, back-ups en disaster recovery voor je rekening. Daarbij werk je met zowel Windows- als Linux-systemen en volg je de prestaties en beschikbaarheid van de infrastructuur op.
  • Netwerkbeheer: Je staat in voor de configuratie, het onderhoud en de optimalisatie van de LAN-, WAN- en WLAN-omgeving. Ook VPN-verbindingen, switches, routers, firewalls en load balancing behoren tot je werkterrein.
  • Security & toegangsbeheer: Je helpt de IT-omgeving verder te beveiligen via identity & access management, netwerksegmentatie, toegangscontroles en het opsporen en aanpakken van kwetsbaarheden.
  • Technische projecten: Je trekt of ondersteunt projecten rond cloud, migraties en infrastructuurmodernisering. Daarnaast bekijk je hoe nieuwe toepassingen, zoals Microsoft Copilot en generatieve AI, veilig binnen de organisatie kunnen worden ingezet.
  • Technische ondersteuning: Bij complexe incidenten neem je de leiding en zoek je naar structurele oplossingen. Je deelt je kennis met collega's, begeleidt waar nodig andere teamleden en onderhoudt contacten met externe IT-partners.

Wat verwachten zij van jou?

  • Je hebt minstens 5 jaar ervaring in systeem- en netwerkbeheer, bij voorkeur binnen een omgeving met meerdere sites of een complexe infrastructuur.
  • Je bent vertrouwd met Windows Server, Linux, Active Directory, DNS, DHCP, Microsoft 365, Entra ID, Intune en Exchange Online.
  • Je hebt ervaring met virtualisatie via VMware, Hyper-V en/of Proxmox en beschikt over een stevige basis in TCP/IP, VLAN's, routing, switching, VPN en firewalls.
  • Back-upoplossingen, disaster recovery, cloudplatformen en monitoring zijn je niet vreemd. Je kunt bovendien automatiseren met bijvoorbeeld PowerShell, Bash of Python.
  • Kennis van Docker, Kubernetes of relevante certificeringen binnen Microsoft, Cisco, VMware of security is een pluspunt.
  • Je werkt zelfstandig en analytisch, communiceert vlot in het Nederlands en Engels en neemt graag initiatief.
