1、负责激光雷达软件测试相关工作，包括功能测试、回归测试、兼容性测试及基础性能测试。 2、根据产品的功能规范和项目的时间节点，制定测试计划、设计测试用例并提交测试报告和问题清单，并做好各个阶段输出成果物的评审和释放。 3、参与自动化测试体系建设，编写并维护用例自动化、接口自动化测试脚本，提升回归测试效率与覆盖率。 4、与产品、开发、质量团队协同，持续优化测试流程和质量保障机制。

1、在读本科及以上学历， 通信、电子、计算机、自动化等相关专业。 2、良好的代码书写和调试能力，熟练使用python/java/shell等，熟悉linux，并掌握基本操作命令。 3、精通测试流程和测试用例设计方法，熟悉缺陷管理流程，能主动进行技术钻研。 4、熟悉车载以太网，熟悉TCP/IP、UDP、串口通信协议等优先。 5、熟悉ADAS/工业通信产品仿真测试、有激光雷达相关测试及设备开发经验者优先。 6、了解 CI/CD 基本流程（如 Jenkins/GitLab CI）并能配合自动化测试落地者优先。 7、具备 AI 工具在测试场景中的应用意识，能够结合大模型工具提升测试开发、用例生成、日志分析及自动化效率者优先。 8、具备良好的沟通协作能力和逻辑分析能力，主动发现问题并推动解决。 9、英语熟练，能够进行日常沟通、阅读文献和文档编写。
