1. 计算机，软件，自动化等相关专业本科以上学历, 在软件测试方面工作 3 年以上（硕士），或 5 年以上（本科）, 负责过车载ECU软件测试者优先 2. 精通测试理论，熟悉ASPICE流程 3. 熟悉Ethernet/CANFD/CAN等通信协议，有TCP/IP协议经验，以太网/CANFD，网络管理，功能安全，网络安全测试经验优先 4. 熟悉C 语言、CAPL、python 等编程语言至少一种，有CAPL编程经验或者集成测试经验者优先 5. 流利的英文读写能力，具有良好的团队协作和跨团队沟通能力 6. 具有较强的逻辑思维能力，善于分析问题和解决问题
