Projectbegeleiding is precisiewerk. Jij zorgt ervoor dat alles klopt. Als Projectbegeleider bij Aquavia speel je een belangrijke rol in de voorbereiding en begeleiding van onze beton- en waterbouwkundige projecten. Je zorgt ervoor dat projecten goed voorbereid van start gaan en dat de uitvoering beschikt over de juiste informatie en middelen. Met jouw technische inzicht en organisatorisch talent draag je bij aan een efficiënte en succesvolle uitvoering van onze projecten.

Jouw baan Als Projectbegeleider ben je verantwoordelijk voor een goede en complete voorbereiding van projecten. Je zorgt ervoor dat alles is geregeld voordat de uitvoering start en dat je collega’s over de juiste informatie beschikken. Je vormt de verbindende schakel tussen calculatie en uitvoering en denkt actief mee over efficiënte en economisch verantwoorde werkmethodes. Je werkzaamheden bestaan onder andere uit:

  • Voorbereiden van beton- en waterbouwkundige projecten;
  • Zorgen voor een goede overdracht van informatie tussen calculatie en uitvoering;
  • Meedenken over efficiënte en economisch verantwoorde werkmethodes;
  • Bewaken van de voortgang, kosten en klanttevredenheid;
  • Samenwerken met de projectleider, uitvoerders en calculator;
  • Ondersteunen van collega’s en waar nodig werkzaamheden van elkaar overnemen.

Jouw kwaliteiten Je bent pragmatisch, proactief en resultaatgericht. Je hebt oog voor detail, communiceert helder en werkt graag samen met verschillende disciplines. Je weet structuur aan te brengen in technische processen en houdt overzicht, ook wanneer meerdere zaken tegelijkertijd spelen. Daarnaast breng je mee:

  • Je beschikt over minimaal mbo werk- en denkniveau, bij voorkeur in de civiele techniek;
  • Je hebt minimaal drie jaar werkervaring als Projectbegeleider binnen de beton- en/of waterbouw;
  • Ervaring met UAV-GC-contracten is een pré;
  • Ervaring met gemalen en waterbouwkundige projecten is een pré;
  • Je kunt structuur aanbrengen in technische en organisatorische processen;
  • Je bent woonachtig in West-Brabant of Zeeland; dit is een pré.
