"Klaar om de weg te effenen op de mooiste projecten in Gelderland? Als 'as-faltastische' Voorman wegenbouw heb jij een sleutelrol tot het gladstrijken van elk project!".

Je werkt in een relatief klein team waar het familiegevoel heerst en jouw inzet er toe doet. Je wordt ingezet op asfalterings-riolerings- woonrijp- en grondwerkprojecten. Je komt zo op verschillende gave locaties te werken. Dit maakt de functie divers en uitdagend. Vanwege de groei van de vestiging Rayon Oost zijn we op zoek naar enthousiaste Vakmannen/Voormannen met ervaring. Bij ons kun je per direct aan de slag! De standplaats van de vacature is Didam, maar jij werkt op diverse projecten in de provincie Gelderland

Jouw toekomstige baan

In de functie van vakman GWW voer jij alle voorkomende werkzaamheden uit op het gebied van wegverharding, riolering en fundering. Denk onder andere aan het aanleggen van riolering, het opmetselen van putten, het aanleggen aan funderingen en het voorbereiden van straatwerk.

In de functie van voorman ben jij de rechterhand van de uitvoerder. Je gaat zowel zelfstandig als in teamverband aan het werk met het uitvoeren van door de uitvoerder aangegeven werkzaamheden. Daarnaast ben je mede verantwoordelijk voor het in stand houden van een veilige werkomgeving. Je zorgt voor de optimale inzet van je collega’s door hen te motiveren, controleren en stimuleren.

De afdeling ‘Wegenbouw Oost’ heeft hun standplaats in Didam. Vanuit daar zijn wij verantwoordelijk voor wegenbouwprojecten binnen Gelderland. De projecten variëren van grootte en worden alle met dezelfde inzet en kwaliteit benaderd.

Jouw kwaliteiten

Je bent in staat om keuzes te maken en beslissingen te nemen. Je draagt altijd zorg voor het opleiden van aankomend talent en weet precies hoe je jouw collega’s begeleidt en coacht om hen nog beter te maken. Communicatief ben je sterk waardoor je heldere aanwijzingen en instructies weet te geven. Je bent vindingrijk, daadkrachtig, sociaal en integer. Verder beschik je over:

  • Ervaring als Vakman GWW of Voorman is een pré;
  • Een VCA diploma (of bereid deze te halen via Gebr van Kessel);
  • Rijbewijs B;
  • De kennis om zowel zelfstandig als in teamverband te kunnen werken;

Gebr. Van Kessel is een moderne bouwonderneming met een brok aan ervaring op het gebied van infra, civiele techniek en sport en cultuurtechniek. Gebr. Van Kessel bestaat uit een groep nauw samenwerkende bedrijven, elk met een eigen expertise. Het bundelen van deze expertises stelt ons in staat de marktvraag optimaal te bedienen. Binnen het totale dienstenpakket neemt de wegenbouw een belangrijke plaats in. Daarnaast is de verwerking en productie van asfalt een belangrijk onderdeel. Gebr. van Kessel heeft een asfaltcentrale in Hoogblokland waardoor er snel geschakeld wordt.
