Die kybun Joya Gruppe entwickelt und vertreibt hochwertige Gesundheits- und Komfortschuhe mit Standorten in mehreren europäischen Ländern. Zur Verstärkung unseres Teams suchen wir eine engagierte, selbstständige und pragmatische Persönlichkeit als HR Generalist (60-100%).

Ihre Aufgaben

In dieser vielseitigen Funktion betreuen Sie den gesamten Employee Lifecycle und sind erste Ansprechperson für Mitarbeitende und Führungskräfte in allen personalrelevanten Fragestellungen.

Zu Ihren Hauptaufgaben gehören:

  • Rekrutierung und Bewerbermanagement von der Stellenausschreibung bis zur Vertragserstellung
  • Organisation und Begleitung des Onboardings neuer Mitarbeitender
  • Betreuung der Personaladministration vom Eintritt bis zum Austritt
  • Erstellung von Arbeitsverträgen, Arbeitszeugnissen und Personalbestätigungen
  • Verwaltung und Pflege der Personaldossiers
  • Betreuung des Zeit- und Absenzmanagements
  • Beratung von Führungskräften und Mitarbeitenden in arbeitsrechtlichen und personalrelevanten Fragestellungen
  • Mitwirkung bei HR-Projekten sowie der kontinuierlichen Optimierung von Prozessen und Systemen
  • Organisation von Mitarbeiteranlässen und internen HR-Kommunikationsmaßnahmen
  • Erstellung von HR-Auswertungen und Kennzahlen
  • Kaufmännische Ausbildung mit Weiterbildung im Personalwesen (HR-Fachausweis oder vergleichbar)
  • Mehrjährige Berufserfahrung im operativen HR
  • Gute Kenntnisse im Schweizer Arbeits- und Sozialversicherungsrecht, idealerweise auch Deutsches- und Österreichisches Arbeitsrecht
  • Strukturierte, zuverlässige und selbstständige Arbeitsweise
  • Hohe Dienstleistungsorientierung und ausgeprägte Kommunikationsfähigkeiten
  • Sicherer Umgang mit MS Office sowie idealerweise Erfahrung mit HR-System Admia
  • Deutsch in Wort und Schrift; weitere Sprachen von Vorteil
  • Diskretion, Verantwortungsbewusstsein und Eigeninitiative
