Наша команда в пошуку Full Stack Developer (AICC), який/яка стане ключовим інженером голосової платформи VoiceBot, що вже приймає реальні дзвінки абонентів. Тут ви працюватимете над розвитком продукту: покращуватимете інтелект ботів, вдосконалюватимете адміністративний інтерфейс і спрощуватимете процеси розгортання. Водночас матимете змогу бачити весь шлях обробки дзвінка, від SIP-рівня до відповіді LLM, та впливати на кожен етап. Завдяки швидкому циклу прийняття рішень результат вашої роботи стане помітним майже одразу.

Що ти будеш робити

  • Пропонувати і реалізовувати нові можливості платформи: нові типи нод у флоу, нові інструменти для ботів, інтеграції з рушіями ASR, LLM і TTS, покращення якості діалогу.
  • Розвивати архітектуру: єдине джерело конфігу, спостережуваність дзвінків, спрощення адмінки. Частина цих напрямів уже спланована, частину ви визначите самі.
  • Скорочувати латентність і підвищувати природність розмови: перебивання, паузи, робота з шумом.Розвивати базу знань і RAG: якість пошуку, точність відповідей за тарифами і послугами.
  • Розвивати Python-сервіс на FastAPI та asyncio, який веде діалог у реальному часі: аудіо-потік, VAD, розпізнавання, LLM з function calling, синтез.
  • Розбирати проблеми зі звуком і сигналізацією разом із телефонною командою.
  • Розвивати admin-backend на PostgreSQL і Redis: конфіги ботів з версіями, креденшели, логи дзвінків.
  • Розвивати React-адмінку і візуальний редактор флоу на React Flow, щоб бізнес налаштовував ботів без інженера.
  • Вести реліз-цикл у GitLab CI: від гілки до тегу і автодеплою на DEV.
  • Розкатувати релізи на прод-кластер через готовий бандл і скрипти, розвивати цю автоматизацію.
  • Розбирати інциденти на дзвінках за логами, знаходити корінь, виправляти і ставити запобіжник, щоб проблема не повторилась.
  • Взаємодіяти з суміжними командами: телефонія, інтеграції, мережа.
  • Покривати зміни тестами, включно з eval-наборами для відповідей LLM.
  • Працювати через Claude Code і документувати рішення так, щоб команда й наступні інженери могли на них спиратися.

Яка кваліфікація та досвід необхідні

  • Python, впевнений досвід asyncio, FastAPI, Pydantic
  • WebSockets / streaming endpoints у продакшені
  • Production-досвід LLM API (OpenAI / Azure OpenAI / Anthropic), включно з function calling та streaming responses
  • PostgreSQL (включно з JSONB), Redis (cache / pub-sub)
  • React + TypeScript + Vite — компоненти, hooks, форми
  • Linux + Docker + Docker Compose, читання логів та дебаг контейнерів
  • Вільне знання українською мови — для роботи з локалізацією та контентом
  • Досвід роботи з Claude Code / coding-agent workflow (MCP, vault-driven development)
  • Навики аргументувати технічні рішення
  • React Flow / xyflow для node-graph редакторів
  • Zustand, TanStack Query, React Hook Form, Tailwind, Radix UI
  • Vector search (Qdrant / pgvector) та RAG / embeddings
  • Pytest, eval-driven dev для LLM (DeepEval або аналог)
  • GitLab CI, OpenTelemetry / Prometheus instrumentation
  • Voice / телефонія: SIP, Asterisk/FreePBX, AudioSocket, PCM, кодеки
  • VAD (Silero / WebRTC), PyTorch + numpy/scipy для audio processing
  • Досвід self-hosted enterprise-deploy за корпоративним проксі
  • Знання англійської мови на рівні Intermediate (B1)
