У команду відділу цифрового каналу продажу шукаємо аналітика/ - киню, що відповідатиме за збір та аналіз даних, підготовку звітності й аналітичну підтримку бізнес-рішень.

Що треба робити?

  • Забезпечувати аналітичну підтримку та супровід бізнес-процесів відділу
  • Збирати, обробляти та аналізувати дані з інформаційних систем компанії та зовнішніх джерел
  • Створювати регулярні й ad hoc звіти та візуалізувати ключові висновки за допомогою SQL, Excel, Power BI та PowerPoint
  • Виявляти закономірності, інсайти та точки росту для підвищення ефективності бізнесу
  • Брати участь в автоматизації, актуалізації та контролі якості звітності
  • Допомагати в розрахунку бізнес-кейсів, формуванні бізнес-вимог та оцінці результатів впроваджених ініціатив

  • Маєте від 1 року досвіду роботи аналітиком, бажано у телекомунікаціях або ІТ
  • Впевнено працюєте з SQL та вмієте будувати складні запити
  • Добре володієте MS Excel та працюєте зі зведеними таблицями й аналітичними функціями
  • Вмієте працювати з великими масивами інформації
  • Перетворюєте дані на зрозумілі звіти та візуалізації для прийняття управлінських рішень
  • Умієте доносити складні аналітичні висновки просто та зрозуміло для різних аудиторій
  • Проявляєте ініціативність, уважність, наполегливість і самостійність
  • Постійно прагнете розвитку та нових знань

Буде круто, якщо...

  • Маєте досвід роботи з Power BI та використовуєте DAX
  • Працювали з Power Query або Power Pivot
  • Маєте навички підключення до різних джерел даних та побудови моделей даних
