Команда Kyivstar.Tech шукає нового колегу або коліжанку на роль System Analyst (Contact Center & Integrations). Ця роль поєднує системний аналіз та експертизу в домені Contact Center. Ти відповідатимеш за опрацювання вимог, проєктування інтеграційних рішень, розвиток екосистеми контакт-центру та координацію взаємодії з IT-командами партнерів.

Що ти будеш робити

  • Аналізувати бізнес- та системні вимоги, визначати сценарії використання та функціональні вимоги до програмного забезпечення.
  • Визначати можливі варіанти рішень, оцінювати їхню технічну доцільність і відповідність потребам бізнесу.
  • Створювати й актуалізувати функціональні та технічні описи бізнес-процесів, пов’язаних із підтримкою, конфігурацією та супроводом рішень.
  • Працювати у кросфункціональній команді разом з аналітиками та розробниками над реалізацією продуктів екосистеми контакт-центру.
  • Тісно співпрацювати з командами розробки, IT, зовнішніми стейкхолдерами та кінцевими користувачами для забезпечення технічної сумісності рішень і задоволеності користувачів.
  • Координувати та супроводжувати end-to-end інтеграції з партнерськими контакт-центрами, забезпечуючи аналіз вимог, проєктування рішень, взаємодію з IT-командами партнерів, контроль якості сервісів і виконуючи роль єдиної точки контакту (SPOC).
  • Контролювати проведення тестування, збирати зворотний зв’язок від користувачів і пропонувати функціональні вдосконалення.
  • Обирати та впроваджувати необхідні інструменти, технології й методи.

Яка кваліфікація та досвід необхідні

  • Щонайменше 3 роки релевантного досвіду у ролі System Analyst або Business/System Analyst.
  • Досвід підготовки артефактів рішення, зокрема UML-діаграм, Use Cases, бізнес-правил, функціональних і нефункціональних специфікацій тощо.
  • Досвід проєктування системних інтеграцій через REST/SOAP API,
  • Досвід роботи з нефункціональними вимогами: SLA, performance, security, logging та monitoring.
  • Розуміння принципів CI/CD та життєвого циклу розробки програмного забезпечення.
  • Досвід взаємодії з бізнес-замовниками, розробниками, QA-командами та зовнішніми партнерами.
  • Розвинені комунікаційні та фасилітаційні навички.
  • Сильні аналітичні навички, системне мислення та вміння працювати в умовах невизначеності.
  • Англійська мова на рівні, достатньому для роботи з технічною документацією та взаємодії з партнерами.

Плюсом стане

  • Досвід участі в проєктах Contact Center, CRM/XRM, BSS/OSS або інших Enterprise-рішеннях.
  • Розуміння мікросервісної та cloud-native архітектури.
  • Досвід використання low-code / no-code платформ для реалізації бізнес-процесів та інтеграцій.
  • Досвід з RCA інцидентів.
