Job Summary

Carry out driving assignments safely, punctually, and accurately as directed by the employer. Perform additional duties as required to support daily operations.

Responsibilities

  • Execute driving assignments following employer instructions to ensure timely and safe transportation.
  • Maintain punctuality and accuracy in completing all assigned driving tasks.
  • Apply safe driving practices to protect passengers, cargo, and vehicle condition.
  • Perform ad-hoc duties as assigned to support operational needs.
  • Communicate effectively in both Mandarin and English to coordinate with stakeholders.
  • Uphold confidentiality and exercise discretion when handling sensitive information.
  • Demonstrate a strong sense of responsibility in all work activities.

Required competencies and certifications

  • Hold a valid Class 3 driving licence (or higher).
  • Possess at least 5 years of driving experience.
  • Maintain good physical and mental health.

Preferred competencies and qualifications

  • Have at least 3 years of experience as a corporate, office, business, or personal driver.
  • Exhibit habits consistent with non-smoking and non-drinking.
  • Communicate fluently and effectively in both Mandarin and English.
  • Demonstrate strong responsibility and discretion to maintain confidentiality.
