Für unseren Standort in Zürich\-Altstetten suchen wir per sofort eine erfahrene Fachperson als Sachbearbeiter:in Verkaufsinnendienst 80% \- 100% (w/m/d).

Bei uns laufen die Fäden zusammen. Als Verkaufsinnendienst sind Sie die Drehscheibe zwischen Kundschaft, Aussendienst, Logistik und Finanzen. Gemeinsam mit einem motivierten Team sorgen Sie dafür, dass jeder Auftrag reibungslos von der Bestellung bis zur Auslieferung läuft.

Ihre Aufgaben

  • Sie wickeln Aufträge von der Bestellung bis zur Auslieferung professionell ab
  • Sie planen und koordinieren die Auslieferungen
  • Sie betreuen Verträge während ihrer ganzen Laufzeit
  • Sie sind erste Ansprechperson für Kundenanfragen
  • Sie erstellen Reportings und liefern damit eine wichtige Entscheidungsgrundlage

Ihr Profil

  • Eine abgeschlossene kaufmännische Ausbildung oder Erfahrung in Einkauf und Verkauf
  • Eine selbstständige, strukturierte und sorgfältige Arbeitsweise
  • Freude am Kundenkontakt und an der Zusammenarbeit im Team
  • Gute Anwenderkenntnisse in Office 365 und SAP
  • Stilsicheres Deutsch in Wort und Schrift, ösisch oder Italienisch sind von Vorteil
