In deiner Rolle als HSE Specialist - Operations bist du Teil unseres HSE Teams und übernimmst eine zentrale Funktion für die sichere und nachhaltige Umsetzung unserer industriellen und baunahen Batteriespeicherprojekte (BESS).

Du begleitest unsere Projekte operativ in allen Phasen und stellst sicher, dass alle HSE‑Standards konsequent umgesetzt werden. Dabei übernimmst du eigenständig Verantwortung, wirst jedoch gleichzeitig von einem erfahrenen Team unterstützt und gezielt weiterentwickelt.

Deine Aufgaben

Operative Umsetzung & HSE‑Steuerung im Projekt

  • Aktive operative Einbindung in unsere Projekte, sowohl aus dem Münchner Office als auch auf den Standorten, sowie Sicherstellung der wirksamen Umsetzung unserer HSE‑Standards vor Ort
  • Identifikation von Gefährdungen sowie Ableitung und Umsetzung geeigneter Maßnahmen zur Risikominimierung
  • Durchführung von Begehungen, Risikoanalysen und Bewertungen
  • Prüfung und Abstimmung sicherheitsrelevanter Arbeitsabläufe und -dokumente externer Partner sowie Ableitung und Erteilung geeigneter Arbeitsfreigaben
  • Eigenständiges Management von Incidents, Accidents und HSE‑Notifications inkl. Nachverfolgung von Maßnahmen
  • Sicherstellung eines strukturierten Überblicks über HSE‑Vorfälle sowie Erkennen systematischer Schwachstellen und Ableitung nachhaltiger Verbesserungen

Zusammenarbeit & Kommunikation

  • Zentrale Ansprechperson für HSE‑Themen in den Projekten
  • Durchführung von Toolbox Talks, Onboardings und Abstimmungen
  • Enge Zusammenarbeit mit Projektmanagement, Bauleitung und Partnerfirmen

Dein Profil

  • Technischer oder naturwissenschaftlicher Hintergrund
  • Erste praktische Erfahrung im technischen oder industriellen Umfeld
  • Interesse an Arbeitssicherheit, Gesundheitsschutz und Umweltschutz
  • Strukturierte und pragmatische Arbeitsweise
  • Fähigkeit, Themen vor Ort umzusetzen und Lösungen voranzutreiben
  • Kommunikationsstark, hands‑on und verantwortungsbewusst
  • Reisebereitschaft innerhalb Deutschlands (ca. 20 %) sowie Führerschein Klasse B
  • Verhandlungssichere Deutsch- und Englischkenntnisse
