Your role

In deiner Rolle als (Senior) Accountant bist du Teil unseres Finance & Accounting Teams und übernimmst die buchhalterische Betreuung mehrerer Projektgesellschaften. Dein Schwerpunkt liegt auf den Monatsabschlüssen sowie der laufenden Finanzbuchhaltung. Darüber hinaus unterstützt du beim Konzernabschluss, im Reporting und bei ausgewählten Transaktionen und Sonderprojekten. Du arbeitest dabei eng mit dem Finance-Team sowie internen und externen Stakeholdern zusammen und hast die Möglichkeit, dich auch bei der Weiterentwicklung und Digitalisierung unserer Finance-Prozesse einzubringen.

Die Stelle ist auf 12-18 Monate befristet und kann in Teilzeit ausgeübt werden.

Your tasks

  • Accounting & Monatsabschluss: Du verantwortest die laufende Buchhaltung und die Monatsabschlüsse mehrerer SPVs, einschließlich Kreditoren- und Debitorenbuchhaltung sowie Kontenabstimmungen.
  • Zahlungsverkehr & Steuern: Du stellst einen reibungslosen Zahlungsverkehr sicher und unterstützt bei laufenden steuerlichen Themen, insbesondere Umsatzsteuer und ZM-Meldungen.
  • Konzernabschluss & Reporting: Du unterstützt beim Konzernabschluss sowie bei regelmäßigen Finance- und Konzernreportings.
  • Sonderprojekte: Du unterstützt das Finance-Team bei anstehenden Accounting- und Finance-Sonderthemen.
  • Prozesse & Digitalisierung: Du bringst dich aktiv in die Weiterentwicklung unserer Accounting- und Reportingprozesse ein. Bei Interesse kannst du auch an Digitalisierungs- und Automatisierungsthemen, beispielsweise mit Power BI, mitwirken.

Your profile

  • Du hast ein betriebswirtschaftliches Studium, eine kaufmännische Ausbildung mit Schwerpunkt Rechnungswesen oder eine vergleichbare Qualifikation.
  • Du verfügst über mindestens 3 Jahre relevante Berufserfahrung in der Finanzbuchhaltung bzw. im Accounting und kannst operative Buchhaltungsthemen selbstständig übernehmen.
  • Du hast Erfahrung mit Monatsabschlüssen und bist sicher im Umgang mit Kreditoren-, Debitoren- und Hauptbuchthemen.
  • Kenntnisse in DATEV sind von Vorteil; Erfahrung mit LucaNet, Konzernabschluss oder Konsolidierung ist ein zusätzliches Plus.
  • Du arbeitest strukturiert, sorgfältig und eigenständig und bist bereit, Verantwortung für eigene Gesellschaften und Themen zu übernehmen.
  • Du kommunizierst sicher auf Deutsch und kannst dich auch auf Englisch gut im beruflichen Umfeld verständigen.
  • Du hast Freude daran, bestehende Prozesse weiterzuentwickeln und bringst idealerweise Interesse an Digitalisierung, Automatisierung oder Power BI mit.
