WHAT WILL YOU DO?

We are actively seeking a Customer Support Specialist to join our growing team. If you're ready for a dynamic challenge with opportunities for career advancement, we'd love to hear from you. In this role, you will be responsible for delivering top-notch support by assisting users with their routine inquiries across the diverse brands we offer our services through various communication channels. RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Promptly and professionally addressing players challenges.
  • Upholding impressive customer contentment ratings by surpassing their anticipations.
  • Collaborating effectively to achieve team KPIs and SLAs.
  • Staying abreast with the latest information and company policies.
  • Cultivating trustworthy, enjoyable interactions with our player base.
  • Providing guidance and support to players in Responsible Gambling.
  • Coordinating with other departments as necessary.
  • Being vigilant about AML and alerting regarding any dubious activities.
  • Informing users about ongoing promotions when relevant.
  • Tackling other responsibilities that may emerge occasionally.
  • Any other role as required by the company from time to time.

WHO ARE YOU?

  • Demonstrated efficiency in promptly handling tasks and adapting well to change.
  • Exceptional communication skills, both written and spoken, enabling effective collaboration across internal departments and geographical locations.
  • Self-driven and dedicated team player with a can-do attitude.
  • Flexibility to work shifts, including weekends, while meeting daily deadlines and effectively managing time.
  • Proactive mindset, solutions-oriented approach, and strong analytical skills, with the ability to adjust priorities as needed.
  • Constructive problem-solving abilities, commendable work ethic, and meticulous attention to detail.
  • Previous experience in a similar role, particularly within the online gaming sector, is advantageous.
  • Fluency in both spoken and written English and Spanish.
  • Positive, proactive demeanor with a versatile approach.
  • Service-driven with a focus on customer satisfaction.
  • Collaborative spirit with the ability to operate independently.
  • Experience in the iGaming industry is highly advantageous.
