La Croix\- fribourgeoise (CRF) est une association cantonale fondée en 1909, membre de la Croix\- suisse. de quelque 160 collaborateurs et avec le soutien de 500 bénévoles, notre institution est active dans les domaines de la santé, de la migration et du social. Nous agissons notamment en faveur de toute personne vulnérable, dans le respect des principes fondamentaux de la Croix\- .

Pour renforcer notre équipe administrative, nous recherchons un·e

Collaborateur·rice administratif·ve – réceptionniste bilingue

Tâches principales

Gestion administrative des membres et donateurs

  • Répondre aux téléphones, mails et courriers
  • Mise à jour des listing et de la base de données des membres
  • Suivi et reporting réguliers sur les évolutions

Support administratif de l’institution

  • Rédiger des courrier, directives et autres types de documents pour la direction et l’administration (en français et en allemand)
  • Effectuer les commandes de matériel de bureau et petites fournitures
  • Gérer la réservation des salles de réunion

Réception et accueil

  • Assurer l’accueil physique des clients de la réception
  • Répondre aux appels téléphoniques des clients externes
  • Gérer la boîte mail principale
  • Gérer les accès aux locaux

Profil requis :

  • CFC d’employé·e de commerce avec expérience professionnelle d’au moins 3 ans ou formation équivalente
  • Expérience dans le domaine social ou dans un service à la clientèle
  • Langue maternelle française ou allemande avec d’excellentes connaissances de l’autre langue ; bilinguisme oral indispensable à la fonction
  • Connaissances de l’anglais, niveau B1, est un atout
  • Capacité à travailler de manière indépendante, avec un minimum de supervision
  • Orientation client et capacité à offrir un service amical, professionnel et efficace aux clients internes et externes
