La Croix\-Rouge fribourgeoise est une association cantonale fondée en 1909 et membre de la Croix\-Rouge suisse. Forte d’environ 160 collaborateur·trice·s et 500 bénévoles, notre Institution est active dans les domaines de la santé, de la migration et du social. Elle agit en faveur des personnes vulnérables, dans le respect des Principes fondamentaux du Mouvement international de la Croix\-Rouge et du Croissant\-Rouge.

Pour notre Boutique Zig\-Zag de Fribourg, spécialisée dans la vente de vêtements de seconde main, nous recherchons un·e :

Vos principales missions

Dans le cadre de cette fonction, vous contribuez au bon fonctionnement quotidien de la boutique et à la qualité de l’accueil réservé à la clientèle. Vos tâches principales sont les suivantes :

  • accueillir, conseiller et accompagner la clientèle ;
  • assurer la tenue de la caisse ;
  • établir un contact chaleureux, professionnel et bienveillant avec les client·e·s ;
  • mettre en valeur les vêtements et articles dans les rayons ;
  • participer au déballage, au tri, à l’étiquetage et à la mise en place de la marchandise ;
  • soutenir la gérante dans la gestion opérationnelle et le développement de la boutique ;
  • veiller à l’ordre, à la propreté et à la bonne présentation des espaces de vente, y compris les vitrines ;
  • collaborer au quotidien avec des personnes en programme d’emploi temporaire (PET) et contribuer à leur intégration dans un environnement de travail bienveillant.

Votre profil

  • vous êtes au bénéfice d’un CFC de gestionnaire du commerce de détail ou d’une formation jugée équivalente ;
  • vous disposez d’une expérience dans la vente et portez un intérêt marqué à la mode, en particulier à la seconde main ;
  • vous êtes intéressé par l’accompagnement humain et êtes à l’aise dans les contacts avec des publics variés.

Vous correspondez au profil suivant :

  • excellente maîtrise du français ;
  • bonnes connaissances des outils informatiques usuels ;
  • sens du commerce et de la relation client ;
  • aisance dans le travail en équipe ;
  • capacité à collaborer dans un environnement multiculturel ;
  • personnalité dynamique, organisée, entreprenante et accueillante ;
  • attitude professionnelle, fiable et orientée solutions.
