Rejoindre notre équipe, c’est participer au développement d’une marque ambitieuse, appelée à rayonner en France et à l’international.

Nous recherchons un Directeur d'Etablissement, passionné et motivé dans le cadre de notre prochaine ouverture de restaurant : 42 h par semaine, 3 750 € brut par mois, complétés par une prime trimestrielle sur objectifs, pour un package annuel pouvant atteindre 57 k € brut en cas de dépassement des objectifs.

Vos missions

Gestion opérationnelle

  • Garantir le bon fonctionnement du restaurant dans le respect des standards (qualité, hygiène, sécurité et service).
  • Superviser la production, le service, les approvisionnements, les stocks et la maintenance.
  • Organiser l'activité quotidienne et veiller au respect des procédures et de la réglementation.

Management des équipes

  • Recruter, intégrer, former et accompagner les collaborateurs.
  • Élaborer les plannings et optimiser les coûts de main-d'œuvre.
  • Animer les équipes, développer les talents et favoriser un climat de travail positif.

Expérience client

  • Garantir un accueil et une qualité de service irréprochables.
  • Gérer les réclamations et mettre en œuvre des actions d'amélioration.
  • Développer des initiatives locales pour fidéliser la clientèle.

Performance économique

  • Piloter les indicateurs clés : chiffre d'affaires, coût matière, masse salariale, ticket moyen et rentabilité.
  • Déployer des actions commerciales pour développer les ventes.
  • Assurer le suivi des flux financiers et proposer des plans d'amélioration.

Profil recherché

Vous justifiez d’au moins cinq ans d’expérience à la direction d’un restaurant à fort volume d’activité et êtes reconnu pour votre leadership et votre capacité à fédérer les équipes sur le terrain.

Compétences techniques

  • Gestion d'un restaurant à fort volume d'activité.
  • Maîtrise des normes HACCP.
  • Gestion des stocks, plannings et outils métiers (skello, lightspeed, pack office...).
  • Suivi budgétaire et analyse des KPI.

  • Leadership et esprit d'équipe.
  • Sens du service client.
  • Organisation, autonomie et réactivité.
  • Excellente communication.
  • Capacité à gérer les priorités et les imprévus.
