Oletko aktiivinen ja asiakaslähtöinen myynnintekijä, joka näkee jokaisessa asiakaskohtaamisessa mahdollisuuden tuottaa lisäarvoa asiakkaalle? Haluatko tehdä tavoitteellista myyntityötä yritysasiakkaiden parissa ja rakentaa pitkäjänteisiä asiakassuhteita Pirkanmaalla? Jos vastasit kyllä, niin nyt siihen on tilaisuus!

Etsimme LähiTapiola Pirkanmaalle myynnistä syttyvää yritysasiantuntijaa, jonka vahvuuksia ovat asiakkuuksien kehittäminen, lisämyyntimahdollisuuksien tunnistaminen ja asiakkaiden pitkäjänteinen palveleminen. Tehtävään kuuluu myös uusasiakashankintaa ja uusien asiakassuhteiden rakentamista. Tehtävässä vastaat asiakkaiden kokonaisvaltaisen elämänturvan rakentamisesta Pirkanmaalla.

Sinulla on erinomaiset myynti- sekä asiakaspalvelutaidot sekä halu työskennellä asiakkaiden kanssa. Olet valmis kohtaamaan asiakkaat monikanavaisesti, digitaalisia palveluita suosien. Sinulla on myös tehokas ja myynnillinen ote työskentelyyn sekä asiakaslähtöinen ajattelutapa.

  • Asiakaslähtöistä palveluasennetta sekä tuloshakuista, myynnillistä ja tehokasta työskentelyotetta
  • Erinomaisia vuorovaikutus- ja viestintätaitoja monikanavaisessa ympäristössä, erityisesti etäkanavissa
  • Rohkeutta tehdä päätöksiä itsenäisesti sekä oma-aloitteista ja vastuullista työotetta
  • Liiketoimintaymmärrystä tai kiinnostusta kehittää osaamistasi liiketoiminnan tukemisessa
  • Kykyä sopeutua muuttuviin tilanteisiin sekä valmiutta työskennellä ajoittain nopeatempoisessa arjessa, jossa tehtävät voivat vaihdella päivittäin
  • Aikaisempaa kokemusta myynnistä ja/tai asiakaspalvelusta
