The posting

LähiTapiola-ryhmään kuuluva LähiTapiola Pohjanmaa on asiakkaidensa omistama vakuutusyhtiö, joka vannoo rohkeuden, hyväntahtoisuuden ja intohimon nimeen.

Vuoden 2027 alussa LähiTapiola Pohjanmaa ja LähiTapiola Länsi-Suomi yhdistyvät. Samalla syntyy yksi Suomen suurimmista vakuutusyhtiöistä: alueen oma ”kiltti jätti”. Sen tärkein tehtävä on turvata länsisuomalaisten elämää ja liiketoimintaa ylivoimaiseen paikallistuntemukseen perustuvilla konkreettisilla teoilla – Uudestakaupungista aina Kokkolaan saakka.

Etsimme nyt teknisesti vahvaa AI-, data- ja digitaalisen kehityksen päällikköä rakentamaan uuden yhtiön tekoälyn, automaation ja digitaalisen kehittämisen käytäntöjä.

Toimimme säännellyllä toimialalla, mutta uskomme, että vastuullinen kehittäminen ja rohkea kokeilukulttuuri kulkevat käsi kädessä. Tässä roolissa pääset vaikuttamaan siihen, miten tekoälyä, automaatiota ja dataa hyödynnetään liiketoiminnan, asiakaskokemuksen ja henkilöstön työn tukena.

Tehtävässä vastaat erityisesti

  • tekoälyn, automaation ja digitaalisen kehittämisen roadmapin rakentamisesta, priorisoinnista sekä liiketoimintahyötyjen todentamisesta
  • tekoälyn ja automaation käyttötapausten tunnistamisesta, pilotoinnista ja käyttöönotosta
  • tekoälyä koskevien toimintamallien, pelisääntöjen ja vaatimustenmukaisuuden kehittämisestä
  • kehitysalustojen ja -ympäristöjen omistajuudesta, mukaan lukien käyttöoikeudet, hallintamallit, elinkaarenhallinta ja yhteiset toimintatavat
  • prosessien automatisoinnista hyödyntäen esimerkiksi pilvipohjaista automaatiota, työnkulkuja, integraatioita, rajapintoja ja tekoälyagentteja
  • yhteistyöstä LähiTapiola-ryhmän kehitystoimintojen kanssa sekä yhtiömme edustamisesta ryhmän tekoäly- ja automaatioverkostoissa
  • datan ja tiedolla johtamisen kehittämisestä yhteistyössä liiketoiminnan ja ryhmän asiantuntijaverkostojen kanssa

Menestyt tehtävässä, jos sinulla on

  • kokemusta tekoäly-, automaatio- tai digitaalisten kehityshankkeiden johtamisesta
  • vahva ymmärrys pilvipalveluista, tietoalustoista sekä modernien AI-ratkaisujen hyödyntämisestä käytännössä
  • kokemusta teknologiaratkaisujen käyttöönotosta säännellyssä toimintaympäristössä
  • kyky rakentaa yhteistyötä laajassa sidosryhmäverkostossa ja vaikuttaa ilman suoraa muodollista valtaa
  • näyttöjä uusien toimintatapojen tai teknologioiden onnistuneesta käyttöönotosta

Esihenkilökokemus katsotaan eduksi, mutta tärkeintä on kykysi johtaa kehittämistä, innostaa asiantuntijoita ja viedä muutoksia käytäntöön.

Lisäksi eduksi katsomme kokemuksen digitaalisten palveluiden kehittämisestä, sisällönhallinta-alustoista (esim. Contentful), analytiikasta, BI-ratkaisuista sekä älykkäistä asiakaspalveluratkaisuista.
