LähiTapiola-ryhmään kuuluva LähiTapiola Pohjanmaa on asiakkaidensa omistama vakuutusyhtiö, joka vannoo rohkeuden, hyväntahtoisuuden ja intohimon nimeen.

Vuoden 2027 alussa LähiTapiola Pohjanmaa ja LähiTapiola Länsi-Suomi yhdistyvät. Samalla syntyy yksi Suomen suurimmista vakuutusyhtiöistä: alueen oma ”kiltti jätti”. Sen tärkein tehtävä on turvata länsisuomalaisten elämää ja liiketoimintaa ylivoimaiseen paikallistuntemukseen perustuvilla konkreettisilla teoilla – Uudestakaupungista aina Kokkolaan saakka.

Etsimme nyt kasvumarkkinointipäällikköä rakentamaan uuden yhtiön markkinointia ja vauhdittamaan kasvua niin henkilö-, yritys- kuin maatila-asiakkaissa. Tässä roolissa yhdistyvät strateginen suunnittelu, datalla johtaminen ja käytännön tekeminen. Pääset vaikuttamaan siihen, miltä uuden yhtiön markkinointi näyttää ja miten se tuottaa tuloksia tulevaisuudessa.

Tehtäväsi

Vastaat monikanavaisen markkinoinnin suunnittelusta, toteutuksesta ja kehittämisestä erityisesti yritysasiakasmarkkinoinnin näkökulmasta. Tehtävässä toimit tiiviissä yhteistyössä yrityskuvatiimin, liiketoiminnan sekä LähiTapiola-ryhmän markkinoinnin kanssa.

Keskeisiin vastuualueisiisi kuuluvat:

  • B2B- ja B2C-kampanjoiden suunnittelu ja toteutus eri kanavissa
  • digitaalisen markkinoinnin suunnittelu, toteutus ja tuloksellisuuden johtaminen
  • analytiikan, kohdentamisen, automaation ja markkinointiteknologioiden hyödyntäminen
  • markkinoinnin toimintamallien kehittäminen osana fuusion rakentamaa uutta organisaatiota
  • uusien kanavien, viestien ja toimintatapojen pilotointi sekä jatkuva optimointi.

Toivomme sinulta

Olet tuloksellinen kasvumarkkinoinnin ammattilainen, joka osaa yhdistää strategisen näkemyksen käytännön tekemiseen. Sinulla on kokemusta erityisesti B2B-markkinoinnista sekä näyttöjä vaikuttavien kampanjoiden suunnittelusta ja toteutuksesta.

Arvostamme lisäksi:

  • kokemusta digitaalisten kanavien ostoalustoista (esim. Google, Meta ja LinkedIn)
  • ymmärrystä mediasta, analytiikasta ja markkinoinnin mittaamisesta
  • osaamista markkinoinnin automaation ja personoinnin ratkaisuista
  • kykyä rakentaa yhteistyötä eri sidosryhmien kanssa muutostilanteessa
  • oma-aloitteista, kokeilevaa ja tuloshakuista työotetta.
