Etsimme LähiTapiola Kaakkois-Suomen korvauspalveluihin korvausneuvojaa ajoneuvovahinkoihin Lappeenrantaan

Tässä tehtävässä pääset tekemään merkityksellistä asiakastyötä, ratkaisemaan monipuolisia vahinkotilanteita ja kehittämään osaamistasi osana kannustavaa työyhteisöä. Huolehdit ajoneuvovahinkoihin liittyvien korvausasioiden käsittelystä sekä varmistat, että asiakkaamme saavat sujuvaa, asiantuntevaa ja ystävällistä palvelua vahingon sattuessa. Työ yhdistää asiakaspalvelun, ongelmanratkaisun ja vakuutusalan osaamisen mielenkiintoisella tavalla. Arkisin työvuorot ovat klo 8 ja 17 välillä, mutta työvuorot voivat sijoittua työehtosopimuksen mukaisesti myös maanantain ja sunnuntain välille.

Tehtävässäsi

  • Käsittelet asiakkaiden vahinkoasioita laadukkaasti ja sujuvasti sekä puhelimitse että digitaalisissa palvelukanavissa
  • Teet itsenäisiä korvausratkaisuja ja perustelet ratkaisut asiakkaalle ymmärrettävästi
  • Johdat aktiivisesti omaa työtäsi huolehtien korvausprosessin sujuvuudesta alusta loppuun
  • Autat tiimiä siellä, missä apua kulloinkin eniten tarvitaan
  • Teet yhteistyötä asiakkaiden ja korjaamoiden kanssa

Arvostamme ennen kaikkea vahvaa motivaatiota, oppimishalua ja hyvää asiakaspalveluasennetta. Tehtävässä tarvitset valmiutta itsenäiseen päätöksentekoon sekä kykyä toimia vaihtelevissa ja ajoittain kiireisissä tilanteissa.

Aiempi kokemus ajoneuvokorvauskäsittelystä, vakuutusalalta, asiakaspalvelusta, contact center -ympäristöstä tai sähköisistä palvelukanavista on eduksi, mutta ei välttämätöntä. Emme edellytä tiettyä tutkintoa tai koulutustaustaa. Järjestelmät ja korvauskäsittelyn käytännöt opit perehdytyksessä ja tukenasi on osaava tiimi.

Tehtävän peruspalkka on vakuutusalan TES:n palkkaluokan D (Muu Suomi) mukaisesti 2 384 €/kk. Lisäksi meillä on myös monipuoliset henkilöstöedut.
