Haemme yrittäjäsuhteista vakuutusasiamiestä Mikkeliin ja ympäristökuntiin. Työpisteesi sijaitsee Mikkelin toimistolla. Tässä tehtävässä menestyt, kun johdat omaa työtäsi tavoitteellisesti, nautit myynnistä ja haluat aidosti auttaa asiakkaita löytämään heidän elämäntilanteisiinsa sopivat vakuutusratkaisut. Kohtaamme asiakkaita kasvotusten niin toimistoilla, kuin asiakkaan kotona, puhelimitse ja verkkotapaamisissa. Tehtävä edellyttää alueella asumista.

Aiempi kokemus vakuutusmyynnistä tai asiakastyöstä katsotaan eduksi. Tärkeintä on kuitenkin oikea asenne, tavoitteellisuus ja sitoutuminen laadukkaaseen tekemiseen.

Keskeiset tehtävät:

  • aktiivinen ja tavoitteellinen myyntityö
  • uusien henkilöasiakkaiden hankinta ja lisämyynti nykyisille asiakkaillemme
  • asiakkaan henkilökohtainen elämäntilanteen ja tarpeiden kartoitus
  • asiakkaan edun mukaisen vakuutusratkaisun rakentaminen
  • laadukkaan ja vastuullisen asiakaskokemuksen varmistaminen
  • sovittujen toimintamallien ja ohjeistusten noudattaminen
