The posting

LähiTapiola-ryhmään kuuluva LähiTapiola Länsi-Suomi on asiakkaidensa omistama vakuutusyhtiö, joka vannoo rohkeuden, hyväntahtoisuuden ja intohimon nimeen.

Vuoden 2027 alussa LähiTapiola Länsi-Suomi ja LähiTapiola Pohjanmaa yhdistyvät. Samalla syntyy yksi Suomen suurimmista vakuutusyhtiöistä: alueen oma ”kiltti jätti”. Sen tärkein tehtävä on turvata länsisuomalaisten elämää ja liiketoimintaa ylivoimaiseen paikallistuntemukseen perustuvilla konkreettisilla teoilla – Uudestakaupungista aina Kokkolaan saakka.

Potentiaali on jo tunnistettu. Nyt rakennamme tiimin, joka muuttaa sen kasvuksi.

Toiminimiyrittäjissä on meille merkittävä kasvupotentiaali, johon haluamme nyt tarttua kunnolla. Haemme LähiTapiola Länsi-Suomeen kahdeksaa yritysasiantuntijaa yksinyrittäjien uusmyyntiin.

Et lähde liikkeelle tyhjästä. Olemme jo tunnistaneet potentiaalisia toiminimiyrittäjiä, joten ensimmäiset myyntimahdollisuudet odottavat valmiina. Tehtäväsi on avata keskustelut, tunnistaa yrittäjän tarpeet ja muuttaa potentiaali uusiksi asiakkuuksiksi.

Mitä pääset tekemään?

Vastaat koko myyntiprosessista: kontaktoit aktiivisesti potentiaalisia asiakkaita, perehdyt yrittäjän liiketoimintaan ja vakuutustarpeisiin, rakennat sopivan ratkaisun, neuvottelet ja viet kaupan maaliin. Johdat omaa myyntiputkeasi ja tunnistat samalla uusia kohderyhmiä, verkostoja ja myyntimahdollisuuksia.

Samalla pääset rakentamaan uutta alusta asti yhdessä uuden tiimin kanssa. Yksinyrittäjien uusmyynnin toimintamalli on vasta muotoutumassa, joten omilla havainnoillasi, ideoillasi ja tekemiselläsi on aidosti vaikutusta siihen, miten tätä myyntiä tulevaisuudessa tehdään.

Tavoitteemme on rakentaa yhdessä Suomen paras yksinyrittäjien uusmyynnin malli.

Työ elää yrittäjän rytmissä

Yksinyrittäjien arki ei aina kulje saman kellon mukaan. Siksi voit suunnitella tekemistäsi joustavasti sen mukaan, milloin asiakkaat ovat parhaiten tavoitettavissa ja myyntityö vaikuttavinta.

Saat vapautta johtaa omaa tekemistäsi ja samalla vastuun tuloksista. Työ on itsenäistä, tavoitteellista ja tulosvastuullista.

Tehtävä sopii sinulle, jos sytyt uusasiakashankinnasta, nautit tavoitteista ja haluat nähdä oman tekemisesi vaikutuksen konkreettisesti. Onnistuminen näkyy uusina yrittäjäasiakkaina, myyntituloksena, kannattavana kasvuna ja hyvänä asiakaskokemuksena.

Tehtävän palkka koostuu kiinteästä osasta 2550 e/kk (Vakuutusalan TES palkkaluokka F) sekä myynnin perusteella maksettavasta myyntiprovisiosta.

Potentiaali on olemassa. Asiakkaat on tunnistettu. Nyt rakennamme kahdeksan hengen tiimin tekemään siitä tulosta.

Tehtävään alustavasti valitun henkilön luottotiedot tarkistetaan. Työhön sisältyy liikennevakuutuksen myynti- ja käsittelytehtäviä, jotka edellyttävät Traficomin myöntämiä rekisteröintioikeuksia. Traficom tarkastaa valitun henkilön tiedot oikeusrekisterikeskuksesta (ORK).

Tehtävään valittavan henkilön tulee täyttää vakuutusalan hyvämaineisuusvaatimukset ja tämä varmistetaan työsopimuksen allekirjoittamisen yhteydessä.
